@airtelindia @DoT_India I already generated a UPI code, if you cannot provide service, I may switch to jio, I know Jio calls are limited but what is the use having unlimited calls if provider can't provide better coverage

It's been 3rd day since I have raised my concern on @airtel fraudulent. I have not received any proper response, nor correct person to talk with. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence .. so sorry to say, my first experience with Airtel is worst and disappointing.

@Airtel_Presence Airtel neither provides good mobile network nor good customer support. Hence ppl are moving out of airtel network to other networks. They are looting me with fraud charges and not repaying back the amount deducted. Ridiculous service from airtel. @airtelindia

@airtelindia It is now nearly 3 weeks since I raised a simple complaint. Despite following up multiple times, all I have is messages from different people saying the matter is being resolved. It is clearly nor being resolved. One of the worst service experiences I've ever had.
