    @airtelindia Airtel DTH provide used setup box made customer service bad. Setup box compliant (no 66444710) in 2 month and selling adapter separately. Service charges for compliant set-up Box replacement Rs. 150.

    @airtelindia Facing call issue for 1+ year. Calls don’t connect on first attempt (no voice both sides). Have to retry 2–3 times every call. Same issue on both family plan numbers (iPhones), everywhere — home & office. Complaints closed without fix. Fix this or I’ll port out.

    Really disappointed with @airtelindia .been over a week since I requested a connection shift with Airtel India, & we’ve been left without internet ever since. No accountability,no clear answers, just endless passing of responsibility between service teams & repeated delays. (1/2)

    Today also request created no one came for the installation abhi yahi new wifi connection houta toh turant 30 min me aata. This is the main reason why most of the people trust Jio more then Airtel. Your customer support is the biggest flaw. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    @airtelindia Taken the advance on 7th April 2026. Even after complaining, unable to solve the issue. Every time asking different questions and postponing the issue @JM_Scindia

    @airtelbank @airtelindia Is wallet different from payment bank account? And while my account is active and last transaction done in Jaunary. Are your deducting these charges from every airtel customer? Pls clarify

    Poor network in Rustampur, Raebareli (Uttar Pradesh) despite having an Airtel tower. Even with a 5G plan, the internet speed is like 2G. If this issue is not resolved soon, users will port to Reliance Jio. Please resolve this urgently. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TraiIndia

    @airtelindia VPO Gangapur, Mihinpurwa District Bahraich 271855 , the exchange operater didn't using power backups during regular power cut which resulting the internet & call issues for entire population since several weeks. Could you please check and fix it.
