    @raj05291 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I switch from Vodafone to jio thinking that the service will be better. But, I am not at all satisfied with it. I tried to reach the customer care but they are not so responsive.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia certainly i know Airtel is d best when it comes about DTH. Today my service request was closed as resolved but it wasn't. Idk wht kind of fool is sitting as service engineer who did this. I'll provide u the srvc nmbr in DM once u reply.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Despite of several complaints, emails, follow ups. U guys still not able to provide ny solution. Net speed is too Slow (in Kbps). Guys pls do sumthing on priority. Closing complaint without F/B is wat is your focus point at d moment. 😠
