    @airtelindia Airtel DTH provide used setup box made customer service bad. Setup box compliant (no 66444710) in 2 month and selling adapter separately. Service charges for compliant set-up Box replacement Rs. 150.

    @airtelindia needless to say they charged for it. I called the assigned customer care rep- Nirbhay to solve the issue, he said he would call me back in 2 mins, which of course he didn’t, I tried calling him several times upon which he switched off his phone.

    @airtelindia thanks for your pathetic services and making your customers life hell… one of the biggest mistake I have made to select the Airtel network. Specially the airtel store in Noida Sec 12. Does not corporate with the customer and they does not pick the calls as well

    @airtelindia Facing Frequent call drops, distortion, delayed call connection, network issues etc. makes me irritating. Due to network a lot of time payment stucks. Sometimes there is very good speed of internet Many times, i lodged complaints regarding the same but all in vain
