@airtelindia Airtel DTH provide used setup box made customer service bad. Setup box compliant (no 66444710) in 2 month and selling adapter separately. Service charges for compliant set-up Box replacement Rs. 150.

@airtelindia It has been more than a month since I have reported that I hardly get Airtel signal inside my home. Still how much time do I have to wait for your so called "We are working on it" approach. Why to go for 5g when basic signal is not being provided to customers ?

@airtelindia u guys have the worst wifi shifting/closing process. When it comes to getting a new connection u guys are so proactive, while disconnecting the existing one you're a mess. Never using Airtel broadband again. Period!

I am very idiotic to consider @airtelindia network for mobile Pre paid portability from @VodafoneIdeaIN . very bad customer experience in Airtel experience store. It’s been 5 days since I did kyc and no update from them until I revisit the store in person which reported as issue
