@airtelindia Airtel DTH provide used setup box made customer service bad. Setup box compliant (no 66444710) in 2 month and selling adapter separately. Service charges for compliant set-up Box replacement Rs. 150.

@airtelindia beware of this company. never take family plans of Airtel. They will harass you so much if you want to take out or surrender any nbr. Even for porting out they harass so much

@airtelindia my SIM card got corrupted To get the SIM replaced I visited the airtel @ Andheri East station They said: my SIM is from MAH and Goa circle so new SIM is not available. They are pushing me to convert the number to postpaid and they will fix my number immediately

@airtelindia team kudos to your commitment towards customers. You guys are not able to resolve my complaints & when i decided to port, your people are calling and forcing/abusing to cancel the port request. Well done, one hell of a service it is.
