@airtelindia Airtel DTH provide used setup box made customer service bad. Setup box compliant (no 66444710) in 2 month and selling adapter separately. Service charges for compliant set-up Box replacement Rs. 150.

Agent says it will take 10 working days to resolve the call drop and internet issue can @airtelindia explain if 10 days time so I have paid for that 10 days with no service why I have been charged the service should extend for 10 days in my account if no service available.

@airtelindia i think airtel is indias biggest useless mobile network service provider, because airtel did not give customers internet services they west our daily mobile internet data
