    @airtelindia Airtel DTH provide used setup box made customer service bad. Setup box compliant (no 66444710) in 2 month and selling adapter separately. Service charges for compliant set-up Box replacement Rs. 150.

    @airtelindia I have an airtel black connection, it's been more than 3 weeks that i had paid for an additional wifi extender/mesh router and till date nobody has come to install the same. i have complained 3-4 times regarding this since last few days and still there's no solution.

    @gharkekalesh @airtelindia Same issue is with @JioCare Air fiber. Customer care representative just say we are sorry , we are resolving it , our technical team is already solving etc They just need money and later they don't respond

    I called multiple times & requesting disconnect of Airtel WiFi & I’m waited on calls for an 30-40min then again cut is being cut & again trying connecting but failed. @airtelindia please looks in this & help in disconnect my WiFi

    I using your @airtelindia internet for the past 2 years,internet keeps coming and going. I raised a complaint today and got a message saying an engineer will come by 7 PM tomorrow. if you send someone tomorrow, who will compensate me for the loss I suffer during this time? 24x7 ?

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Your V5 vendor pays a very low salary and acts arbitrarily; furthermore, no one from the V5 staff responds to queries. I am a field engineer, yet I received an in-hand salary of only ₹22,478 in Delhi-NCR—tell me, how am I supposed to support my family on this? Please Help me

    @kul_bhushan @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia there are alot of issues with the airtel network. It is just awful. Always buffering and disconnecting calls

    @airtelindia The Ennore Thermal Project, North Chennai, and surrounding indust areas are major construction and operational hubs with over 10,000connections in use. Despite repeated representations from TNPGCL/TNEB regarding network and connectivity concerns,there is no response.
