    @airtelindia Airtel DTH provide used setup box made customer service bad. Setup box compliant (no 66444710) in 2 month and selling adapter separately. Service charges for compliant set-up Box replacement Rs. 150.

    @Nivedita_Shan @airtelindia I ported my network from Airtel to Jio to Vodafone - Idea but all are just making make excuses - our technical team is working in improving the services in your area. Soon you will get better service. It has been more 5 years for me in waiting 4 the good service from these.

    @airtelindia The terrible service provided by Airtel is really unimaginable. Every single day since past 1.5 month we are hearing of different excuses for broadband breakdown. No proper resolution is provided, just patch work. Multi day, multi hour outages almost everyday.

    @Nivedita_Shan @airtelindia Well said and correct. Why only villages, I couldn’t get network to speak at GrNoida, Barasat, Jabalpur. That’s why switched to Jio after 10 years remaining post paid @airtelindia customer.
