    @airtelindia Airtel DTH provide used setup box made customer service bad. Setup box compliant (no 66444710) in 2 month and selling adapter separately. Service charges for compliant set-up Box replacement Rs. 150.

    @airtelindia it's been more than one week, Airtel network is so bad. Don't focus on 5G only, there is a need to fix the previous generation's network 4G. I m doing aeroplane plane mode on n off to use the internet for even texts

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have lost hope after following up for more than 2 months..really I am very dissatisfied with your service. I don't think you really bother about the problem I am facing or you can imagine the situation I am in. You can't even give me a proper resolution.

    @airtelindia has given us in CAMP, BELAGAVI another 24 hours (that makes it 12 days) of TERRIBLE service - 2G speeds on their 4G network. NO response from @Airtel_Presence with any REAL explanation for the reason for this POOR QoS. Sr Mgt - PL DO SOMETHING.

    I had slow Internet connection and network issues since 1 month and was continuously complaining to @ViCustomerCare and now suddenly it got solved in 30 mins, I just had to buy a new SIM from @airtelindia , That’s all it took to resolve the whole issue !!!!

    It's the biggest mistake to switch from @airtelindia to @reliancejio. 1. Installation take more than 24 hours. 2. Sales team only respond for connection but never pick if problem comes. 3. Service team is very smart to fool customer and not having attitude to support customer.

    Called support team twice , they kept me in hold for 15 to 20 min but then disconnected the call from their side @airtelindia disgusting behaviour
