  @airtelindia Airtel DTH provide used setup box made customer service bad. Setup box compliant (no 66444710) in 2 month and selling adapter separately. Service charges for compliant set-up Box replacement Rs. 150.

  @talk2anuradha @airtelindia airtel network is extremely pathetic in Chennai.. many of my contacts have changed from airtel because of this.. Not even a SINGLE place in chennai/greater chennai gets good airtel signal? let alone internet even voice calls have problems.

  Dear @airtelindia, You have pathetic customer service in terms of 121 / 98100 12345. People need to keep trying but the call never gets connected to the representative. Customers never call on cc to hear IVR or nonsense recorded msgs. We are meant to talk with humans.

  Dear @airtelindia, @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I am facing a serious issue with Airtel calling service. While speaking on calls, the call suddenly disconnects showing “Call Failed”. When I try to call again, it repeatedly shows the same call failed error. #airteldown

  @airtelindia must be the worst provider who blocks incoming calls/SMS on the 2nd day once the pack is expired. Not sure why @TRAI is silent on this. Atleast other providers allow incoming calls/SMS if pack is expired. 😡

  @talk2anuradha I agree @airtelindia 's customer support is horrible. I'm facing internet issue from last 72 hrs . But they're not able to do anything. Now they're telling me to wait until 15th March. Pathetic service @Airtel_Presence .
