@airtelindia Airtel DTH provide used setup box made customer service bad. Setup box compliant (no 66444710) in 2 month and selling adapter separately. Service charges for compliant set-up Box replacement Rs. 150.

Filed a network complaint, got the response from the airtel team but the issue hasn't been resolved yet. The worst network connection and call is breaking every time and even the search engine isn't connecting.@airtelindia @airtelnews Looking to port to @ViCustomerCare .

Just ported from Jio to Airtel hoping for better speeds. Turns out I just switched from bad to worse. 🙃 By the way iam tweeting from my secondary SIM ie BSNL , which provides better connectivity than @airtelindia does.

How the hell are people surviving with @airtelindia cellular network. I switched from @vodafoneIN_Fdtn due to call drop. And 3 months into the airtel network, and I don't get call drops, cz I don't even get network. Mobile data is less than 2g speed.

@airtelindia @airtelindia Your executive again called me up in a very rude manner & asked me why I'm raising a ticket for resolution? Have some manners & educate your staff to have manners to talk to the client, don't forget that you're representing a big brand & doing an extremely bad job.
