    What a joke of Jio, they are fooling people by telling 4G and 5G. Leave aside the internet, there is no proper voice call either. If you can't provide the facility to the customer, then you have no right to take money from the customer. @TRAI @JioCare @airtelindia

    Hello @airtelindia why aren't your stores across Hyderabad/Secunderabad allowing me port into #Airtel unless I opt for a Postpaid plan. They say , I cannot port from Prepaid plan of another network to a Prepaid plan of Airtel! . @TRAI kindly look into. @Airtel_Presence

    You should have provided the close connection service separately for one who needs to close it. I raised requests but they are not closing the connection. It's going on postpaid on its own which I am not going to pay for. @airtelindia you can't close it i am not paying for it.
