    and so i picked up a new prepaid connection from @airtelindia some technicalities, had to call prepaid customer care, a cumbersome process, did get through, pleasantly surprised that the call landed in srinagar, now the hindi spoken by J&K is so much different

    Wifi has not been working for 15 hours now. The representatives are not picking up call. Seems like AirtelCares does not care afterall. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Ps. Will seriously consider stopping the services, as I'm facing issues within a week of buying a new connection.
