    @airtelindia one the most pathetic broadband in Delhi NCR. I have taken Black plan instead of that everyday there is outage. Daily there outage for hours but there is not relief in bill why would I pay to time in which I have downtime? Who gonna compansate it.

    @airtelindia Mobile internet has been disrupted since 26 June with 31-1000014957099 remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. Your inept, lethargic, and unaccountable grievance handling is unacceptable. Why should I pay bill? Immediate resolution and a bill waiver. @TRAI

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it is nothing, Airtel moved my phone to a new location 9 years back, since then every assigned complaint goes to old address, all attempts to get their own database corrected have failed brilliantly. Poor Engineers have to then realign between them.

    Nobody gives a flying **** for their Network? @airtelindia i have been raising complaints for past 2 years for poor connectivity. You guys have not fixed anything in my area! Even the call quality breaks and gets disconnected. (Multiple users of airtel are suffering the same)
