    @airtelindia while in Aus international roaming with pack, my sim got blocked and no network, i send some one to (India) Jalandhar office with KYcs they told took 15 days to activate new reissued sim, is it a joke ? My no. linked with all bank -9888860614,Is it number 1 company?

    @airtelindia very bad service. Trying to change Xstream Fiber plan but they only give option to upgrade plan on app & IVR. No option to speak to customer service on 198. As it’s postpaid we are stuck. Feel it’s Better to switch to @reliancejio and recharge as per convenience
