This approach is very unprofessional, just showing ads on TV will not help you'll to retain customers

    Switched to @airtelindia from VI considering good network..but this is worst than VI network, not able to connect in open spaces as well.

    @airtelindia your network is getting Worst day by day when i use my airtel Internet I feel like I am living in 2G era I am unable to browsing properly due To your poor internet connection I request you too please help otherwise I have to port my SIM.
