    @SUNDIRECTIndia Teach your customer care team to talk to customers politely … you guys suck at service,when customer try to connect via call your crm talk with so much frustration like offering free channel as we pay zero amount this is why other dth is famous @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtelfibernet @Airtel_Presence Wi-Fi outage in our area since 2 days. I had switched from Jio to Airtel just 3 days ago and only now came to know that cable and service infrastructure in our area is shared between Airtel and Jio. Pathetic and no response.

    @airtelindia Dear Team, from last 15 years I am using airtel services , but since 5-6 months facing internet issues. Facing low speed and connectivity issues. Yesterday thought for portability but today recharged again. Instead of yearly pack shifted to monthly pack. Regards

    This is the speed I'm getting every night. Even reporting it everyday I'm yet to find any solution. And all this is despite having a 40mbps connection. Services are getting pathetic and if not fixed in next few days I'm gonna surrender my connection before next billing cycle. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please solve my call forwarding issue . After dialing this" *21*number# " showing invalid mmi code or call forwarding connection problem. Can't on forwarding in phone settings too. Talked to 198 care . But issue not resolved. Please help .

    I accidentally recharged the wrong Airtel number using the Navi app. Standard customer care is refusing to help, but the wrong number is completely switched off and the plan is 100% unused. I need an immediate reversal of this unutilised transaction @airtelindia and @ naviapp

    I've been trying to cancel my WiFi for over a month. It’s suspended and unused, yet I keep getting billed despite multiple calls to customer care and even paying extra. I was told it was cancelled, but it still hasnt been. Disappointed. Please cancel it immediately. @airtelindia
