@airtelindia xtream fiber broadband connection not working since yesterday afternoon. Had raised a complaint at 6:37 pm last evening. No call or update received from engineer. No sms received about assigned engineer. Close to 20 hours now without resolution.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Guys seems some problem as the extreme fiber wiring has been done at scc sapphire raj nagar ext. Ghaziabad but suddenly it got stopped. There are more than 500 houses which needs good internet.

This is worst. We have 4 sim at home and same issue. I was told that I'll get resolution within 3 days. Now more than a week. I'll be taking out 4 sim along with 10 of our relatives to @reliancejio as @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is not bothered to listen. #patheticAirtel
