    @SUNDIRECTIndia Teach your customer care team to talk to customers politely … you guys suck at service,when customer try to connect via call your crm talk with so much frustration like offering free channel as we pay zero amount this is why other dth is famous @airtelindia

    @airtelindia pathetic service. I am traveling the support on chat cant fix the roaming issue. The ivr says recharge the number , while I am on postpaid , spent 2 hours already on chat resetting and rebooting my phone and now wait for 4 hours for a resolution. Crap.

    @airtelindia I’ve been suffering with Airtel network for the past 2 years. Most of the time I get very low signal bars, slow internet, and constant buffering while watching videos. Please improve the network coverage and signal quality in my area. We deserve better service.

    @airtelindia I have raised request in last month regarding network and Internet issue after 15 to 20 days i have received that request is closed and they have asked to raise again. My problem still not solved but if you are taking to resolve issues more than 1 months then it's a joke. I have raised request again but again the msg is coming that it will resolve within 15 days. If this issue not resolved then i have to go for different network.

    Extremely Disappointing @airtelindia Network & Calling Service I seriously regret taking an Airtel Postpaid connection which show #fastlane. The calling and network service has become extremely poor.

    @airtelindia Such abysmally horrible ans incompetent service, completely lacking compassion let alone sharing of pain. That too for a Customer of 15 years. This is where an enterprise 's downfall begins... SMS service disabled hasn't come on despite 30-35 calls

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence From last few days Broadband wifi is not working properly. Issue of disconnection, speed, etc is happening. Even it starts buffering a lot. I have a 300 mbps plan.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unacceptable harassment from your field agent! After reporting slow speeds, the agent is retaliating by repeatedly restarting my router remotely, completely disrupting my work. Immediate intervention & strict action required!
