@airtelindia your has been the worst customer service I have seen. First my connection was deactivated if when advance payment was done. Then after activation fiber connection is not working for last 10 days. No one is giving any response when the same will be resolved.Ridiculous

@ViCustomerCare Lesson learnt is we shouldn't try to support this company. Ported from Airtel to Vi and tried to recharge with Rs. 699 and it failed. Again with Rs. 449 and it failed. Can't you even update available plans? Give my money back and I will go back to @airtelindia 🙏

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Internet outage yet again in Kandivali, Mumbai. This is the 4th occurrence in the past month and is very unacceptable. Might have to file a case in consumer court citing financial loss due to pathetic service by airtel ! 😐
