    @SUNDIRECTIndia Teach your customer care team to talk to customers politely … you guys suck at service,when customer try to connect via call your crm talk with so much frustration like offering free channel as we pay zero amount this is why other dth is famous @airtelindia

    This is my tenth complaint for slow internet speed, frequent disconnections and outages, leading to internet disruptions. In spite of my repeated complaints, it seems Airtel is not willing to resolve them. I find this very disappointing. Account number 11092824. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Bt u knw u hv really bad CC support for international users. 100 times I called thm for a resolution they don't have any. My Airtel number which I ported to Jio has been discontinued & back to @airtelindia bt they r not issuing the num to my bro in India. What the hell is this ?

    @airtelindia is the worst. Its Nonsense AI cannot solve the issue & connecting to the customer care is itself a huge task. Without any info, they hv disabled calls & net with valid recharge till 31/12 in the name of KYC. How my aged parents can visit their store for KYC!!!

    @airtelindia Dear @Airtel_Presence, it's unacceptable that Airtel WiFi goes down for 1–2 days almost every month, yet those outage days are still counted as paid service days. If the service wasn't available, why should customers be charged for it? Will Airtel credit customers

    @airtelindia Hi Team, I am facing extremely slow internet speed on my Airtel mobile number 8514862011 despite having an active data pack and good network signal. Browsing, streaming, and app usage are very slow. Kindly check and resolve the network issue at the earliest.Thank you

    @BhavanChand @airtelindia They seem to be casual offlate Someone from. @airtelindia knocked my door yesterday and went away saying he will.check outside Never came.back Cannot wait for infinity for them to solve best is to shift away as anyways my renewal is due this month end
