@airtelindia our Xstream fiber connection is not working since the last 3 days. I registered a complaint on the 22nd. Since then no action has been done. Every time I call I am promised resolution in 4 working hours. When will this 4 working hours come?? I want a refund.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Are all your ads just for show? I've been experiencing pathetic Wi-Fi network issues every week. Every time they take almost 8 hours to resolve the issues. Today again my Airtel fibre connection isn't working & they said it'll take around 5-6 hours.
