    @SUNDIRECTIndia Teach your customer care team to talk to customers politely … you guys suck at service,when customer try to connect via call your crm talk with so much frustration like offering free channel as we pay zero amount this is why other dth is famous @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I paid for Wi-Fi on 14 July. Three days later, no installation. Technician Jhon cited a “12-metre wire limit” never disclosed before payment. Complaint emails also gave no satisfactory response. Stop wasting my time—install it now or refund me in full.

    My Airtel wifi is down from yesterday. I cant speak to customer care executive, can't schedule an engineer visit because the IVR keeps saying that request is unavailable due to systems upgradation. Airtel Thanks App is useless. Request you to help me fix this ASAP @airtelindia

    One of worst customer service award 🥇 goes to @airtelindia I have been trying to get connected to human agent on there’s helpline number 198! From last 20 minutes I’m just listening to IVR 😡😡 yeh dabbo vo dabbo Worst service! -1 star
