    @SUNDIRECTIndia Teach your customer care team to talk to customers politely … you guys suck at service,when customer try to connect via call your crm talk with so much frustration like offering free channel as we pay zero amount this is why other dth is famous @airtelindia

    I shifted to a new house and requested Airtel to relocate my WiFi connection. Instead, Airtel is telling me to remove the router myself and bring it to them - even though it is installed at a considerable height. I’m currently out of the city and only my mother is at home. I’m not a technician. How am I supposed to safely remove it? And when I asked Airtel to send their team, their response was: “We won’t do it. You can cancel the connection.” Here’s the shocking part: when I got the connection, Airtel told me that shifting the connection would be THEIR responsibility. Promise the service while taking the customer, then refuse to provide it when the customer actually needs it. This is what Airtel customer service has come down to. @airtelindia - is this your idea of customer service?

    @airtelindia An Airtel engineer informed me today that a Wi-Fi connection is already active on my Aadhaar and has an overdue bill. I never took or authorized this connection. I have no screenshot/details. My Aadhaar appears to have been misused. Please investigate and close it immediately.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today I'm not even a prepaid customer, I applied for the connection, this time paid the amount upfront before installation and engineer still said the same thing no space in the box, now my amount is still with Airtel, no surety if the wifi will be installed or not. 2/3

    Worst support. Your staff in a physical office are not even able to deactivate a sim and reissue a new sim, even after complaining twice that the sim is lost. It's been 3 weeks.If any issue arise to my safety, airtel staff will be held responsible. Pathetic service @airtelindia
