    @airtelindia pathetic customer care services. Every time I call they seek a deadline of 24/48/72hrs and when you complaint they just drop your call. Service which was supposed to be activated on 24th has not been done yet even after repeated complaints. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia This being ridiculous and surprise for me that how you treat ur cx in a way to resolve the their query. No mail, no confirmation, no resolution, no call, and etc. You still run the contest and other things. How you will do all? You f**king app for support is like hell of abruptly

    @airtelnews the brand, the reputation is all understood but what about harassing customers for the smallest refunds? Your customer care people lying with utmost confidence @airtelindia at least have the courtesy to follow up??
