    @SUNDIRECTIndia Teach your customer care team to talk to customers politely … you guys suck at service,when customer try to connect via call your crm talk with so much frustration like offering free channel as we pay zero amount this is why other dth is famous @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia , You take followups for your pending bills personally making calls,When it comes for the customer support you only harras customers by connecting them with your chat bots. Focus on your on ground services,We pay for 30 days but no compentation for breakdown.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Even after repeated complaints about broadband connection not working, not even single response from @airtelindia. Customer service keep saying the same for week that we will fix soon. If u can't issue pls tell will shift to better service provider.

    To make matters worse, I’m now being asked to purchase the service again and wait for a refund of the amount already paid. There is no proper cstmr support, no resolution, and I dnt even have an option to cancel the service. Extremely disappointing experience. (3/3) @airtelindia

    @cneuralnetwork @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence thatss true , in my phone it shows 5g but it deducts from my capped data until i dont have all those bar in signal .even 1 bar of signal lesser they turned off that unlimited feature
