    @airtelindia A call from your side is your recording call on 17th. As a customer I was told that they will give me the best offer and they said that they will give me 1GB data Amazon prime member on a recharge of Rs 239 but I have not received it.

    I started my journey with @airtelindia in 2006 onwards by their network I hv moved to postpaid since 2013 and I’m facing a lot network issue since last 2 years and now today it’s gone as no service.. really disappointing

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel Tuk a BB connection for 1024 Mbps, paid 1 year's money in advance,frm day 1, speeds r ~300 Mbps up&down. Gave official complaint on Dec 2&no resolution.Raised a cancellation request 2day and been told takes insane 45 days to process refund!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence If certain nos r not a part f ur unlimitd call+plan,it shd b arrayed @ d time recharge itself. You guys are absolute losers. Advertising tat customer can make free calls to any nmbr & whn he makes an urgnt bank call, airtel says dus no z chargeable.

    @airtelindia your network connection is pathetically slow, when I contacted the care one month before they are saying some work is happening near by and the same is saying now. My bill is generated now... for paying that I may need to go for near web cafe.

    @vodafoneIN_Fdtn what type of service you're providing here ? You only claim network speed with own reviews. the most waste network ever I've seen in India. fed up again and again and again 🤬 . 24x7 complaints. Never resolving any issues. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia how many more hours do you need to resolve internet issue ? It’s been 5 -6 hours. Still no internet. You keep sending sms to wait 5 hours. There r people who work from home. And our work gets hampered. Pls do something. Small rain and ur network is gone.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unlimited 5G data has not been working for the last 3 days. I already raised this issue on X by tagging your team, but it still hasn’t been resolved. My recharge is active and I am using a 5G device, yet the unlimited 5G data is not working.

    @Lawyer_Kalpana @JioCare At least Jio customer care options have an option to open ticket. And even if they make you wait 10-15 days they will come. @airtelindia guys have hidden that option behind AI. I can't even request for a Router change! Why India does not have a proper global reliable ISP!

    @airtelindia Your relocation service for fiber is so efficient that I’ve completed 12days without internet. Truly next-level stuff. This is my final attempt solve it in 2 hrs or I switch to @JioCare permanently, not just fiber everything. Great way to value 10yr loyalty customer.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia but no one came to collect the router. Later, my service was suspended, but I continued receiving monthly bills. In April, I contacted customer support again and requested either to collect the router or reactivate the service.
