No response from @airtelindia or @Airtel_Presence. I sent DM per their request. SR on 040102826937_ap is open 5 days, the "dedicated" team said it'll be actioned in 3 hours. No technicians. I have requested removal of broadband and will never suggest anyone to go for Black.
