@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel Tuk a BB connection for 1024 Mbps, paid 1 year's money in advance,frm day 1, speeds r ~300 Mbps up&down. Gave official complaint on Dec 2&no resolution.Raised a cancellation request 2day and been told takes insane 45 days to process refund!!

@airtelindia using wifi recharge Rs.558 for 3gb p/day received 2.6 gb. Within 5 min of recharge called. Customercare said system showed you have consumed mobile data. Is it possible to consume wifi data n mobile data at same time. Very bad service.
