    @TRAI Sir, @airtelindia giving advertisements as best customer service nd support but we are customers cant call them or share our problems with @airtelindia their thanks app giving some information rather than no use for the same. plz take action.

    @ItsPragyapandey @airtelindia the new method Due to Covid cant reach customer service, so most people dont go further more process... i got refund rs 24 after a week, the continue calls and tweets.

    @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence on a scale of 1-10 I don't think u deserve even 1. Network connectivity is poorest currently. Inspite of repeated complaints there's no solution & u just mark as complaint closed did u even bother to call & ask abt issue?Are we bng taken for granted?

    Disappointed with @airtelindia service. Paid ₹1500 on 17 June for a WiFi + TV plan. WiFi was installed on 18 June, but the Set Top Box is still pending. Multiple follow-ups with the Kasba Nabapally Airtel store have resulted in no resolution. Need immediate assistance. #airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence since the past several months your network doesn't work in my area. Calls don't connect and data doesn't work at all. Your engineer has come for a visit but till date no resolution has been provided by you. All 6 postpaid connections don't work

    @Airtel_Staff I'm requesting a Wi-Fi waiver due to prolonged service issues and no response from your team. Raised complaints & called back many times with no proper resolution. This is my annual plan and I haven't taken any waiver this year. Please @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
