    @TRAI Sir, @airtelindia giving advertisements as best customer service nd support but we are customers cant call them or share our problems with @airtelindia their thanks app giving some information rather than no use for the same. plz take action.

    @ItsPragyapandey @airtelindia the new method Due to Covid cant reach customer service, so most people dont go further more process... i got refund rs 24 after a week, the continue calls and tweets.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have my Airtel SIM now in Canada. Inspite of NO ROAMING , I still am billed for it . STRANGE ! And secondly, it shows SOS on the top in the iPhone. 7222991024. You guys just say " looking into it and dont give a damn."

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been some time, but I haven't received any response regarding my issue. Initially, the device readiness check showed that Priority Postpaid was enabled and my Google Pixel 7 was supported. Later, the same check started showing "Phone not ready". I'm using a Google Pixel 7 running the latest Android 16, and 5G SA/Network Slicing are already enabled on my number. Kindly investigate this issue and provide an update. Thank you.

    @airtelindia one side says Priority Service but ground reality is worse. No body ready to lesson nor addressing problems. For one simple problem taking 15 days and informing customer that problem solving timelines for 10 to 15 days.
