    @TRAI Sir, @airtelindia giving advertisements as best customer service nd support but we are customers cant call them or share our problems with @airtelindia their thanks app giving some information rather than no use for the same. plz take action.

    @airtelindia no internet since 7pm yesterday at my apartment. Can't raise complaint from your app and the guy who installed the connection doesn't seem to care. Such a long downtime is not acceptable. What should we do? - move to ACT?

    One of WORST JIO customer care experience I had with @JioCare representative name Shubham. Jio services r worst and their customer services is HORRIBLE. I’m using @airtelindia internet connection n never had any issues with them. But with #JIO it’s now and then you face prblm 😡

    Converted to Postpaid -> Faced VoLTE issue -> Raised complaint -> Now SIM has No Service / Emergency Calls only. Ticket SLA shows 7th Aug which is unacceptable for an active Postpaid number.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
