Why I you can't install fiber connection in my house? I work for an ITfirm, i had two xtream conn. at my hometown in prayagraj of yours, throwing them away, and my sim card tooo, stop fooling people. So do you want me to buy a flat for this **** connection? @airtelindia

@airtelindia both of my prepaid and postpaid sim are of Airtel, my prepaid internet is top speed but my postpaid internet is dead AF. I have 300 GBs of accumulated data but of no use. I have complained for more than 10 times but it still sucks. I regret porting my number now.

@airtelindia @airtelcomplaint @airtelnews After so many frequent complaints about internet disconnectivity, still you didnt solve the issue. But when I closed the connection, you guys are behind me for subscription costs where I didnt use the service. Worst customer service.

And to add to that my postpaid internet starts working fine whenever I dial customer care and starts sucking again as soon as I disconnect the call. @airtelindia please look into this.
