    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have installed airtel fiber yesterday and today it is disconnected I am not able to use internet its been max of 4 hours how much more hours you need to resolve. Will I am not paying your service charge???

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia requested for porting code, no UPC code received. Went to Ranchi airtel store, called customer care, both of them asked to contact vice-versa. No solution. Poor network, poor response from customer care.

    Pathetic service by @airtelindia All that the team knows is just feature Ads on TV's it's Work from Home and important thing is Internet which is of no concern to the Team. I want my issue resolved at the earliest.

    @Airtel_Presence I have been constantly tweeting & updating the team on DM but since last 2 days my Wifi isn't working it's absolutely pathetic of @airtelindia & it's ground team.. Is this why we associate with a brand to get poor service & no response inspite of repeated msgs.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia waste!Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues

    @airtelindia requested IPTV connection via ur app. The payment link never worked. So visited ur store in West Delhi, raised request, paid booking/advance charges. Was told that executive wuld visit next day between 11-1..No one turned up, now going to be 48 hrs.Still call awaited
