    @Airtel_Presence I have been constantly tweeting & updating the team on DM but since last 2 days my Wifi isn't working it's absolutely pathetic of @airtelindia & it's ground team.. Is this why we associate with a brand to get poor service & no response inspite of repeated msgs.

    @airtelindia Issue is with your Airtel Android app where there's no option to Pause/deactivate my broadband connection, No contact email, IVR does not connect to a human, 198 is always unreachable. Fix your app. I don't think a DM is required here. @TRAI FYI

    I bought the airtel broadband 100 Mbps plan in Ranchi. But the connection is very poor. I'm getting a speed of max 60mbps. But the situation today is even worse.....there is no internet access. @airtelindia #airtel #airtelisworse #youmustimproveairtel

    @airtelindia Worst Customer support experience ever. When I call customer support, they call me you are my priority postpaid customer and promise me to get resolution fast. They gave me 21st may time to resolve your issue but no resolution yet, even no calls or msg. received yet.
