    @airtelindia I hv port my no. Frm Jio to Airtel. But data service is pathetic. Its totally waste of money in both hotspot & Mobile data. I complained ,the guy came but he wz unable to fix the problem. I am suffering data issue since i purchase it and in mobile data after porting.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Every Month m paying bill near bout Rs.800 f my postpaid nos. Bt due to lack f efficiency nxt mnth m shifting 2 JIO. Bcz their Data wrks perfactly. I chngd & came 2 u 4 service. bt i am fed up nw. F disgusting data servic at my home. @sunilbmittal

    over a month ago i complained in jio complaint service regarding my network issues and they said it's a temporary issue and will be solved within few days but day by day the network connectivity is getting worse so please kindly pay attention. @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia took airtel fiber connection with OTT. from the very next day OTT stopped working on my TV. gave several complaints including escalation but of no use. worst service. going to stop the services from next cycle.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still no 5g coverage in my house, complained 1month back but no solution,counting days to port back to @JioCare after 90 days,one month passed ,60more days to go. Jio also doesn’t have great coverage in my area but they are better than Airtel.

    Same problem again and again. Some really strange network issue with @airtelindia, incoming and outgoing calls getting disconnected on just one ring. This is happening since Wednesday in panchkula. Please look into the matter and resolve asap. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia when a customer asks for a router replacement why can't you just provide one stop solution? May I know why you're not replacing even after informing your local agents?

    @airtelindia have recharged 2 packs for my dth rupees 3104 for 365 days pacakge and again the application my asked for 330 rupees again.But still the account is showing account deactivated due to insufficient balance. No response from your customer care Customer id- 3027906306
