    @airtelindia I hv port my no. Frm Jio to Airtel. But data service is pathetic. Its totally waste of money in both hotspot & Mobile data. I complained ,the guy came but he wz unable to fix the problem. I am suffering data issue since i purchase it and in mobile data after porting.

    @airtelindia Pathetic Network from Airtel , You guys are promoting 5G and unable to provide constant 4G networks. Always switching b/w 2G and 4G and this ***** internet connectivity.

    Pathetic service by @airtelindia All that the team knows is just feature Ads on TV's it's Work from Home and important thing is Internet which is of no concern to the Team. I want my issue resolved at the earliest.

    @airtelindia I am facing network issue (getting 2g network)from 2 weeks and I have registered a complaint regarding this and they are sending feedback sms , I couldn't able to work as my daily meeting and office works are hindering, kndly help with this .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia requested for porting code, no UPC code received. Went to Ranchi airtel store, called customer care, both of them asked to contact vice-versa. No solution. Poor network, poor response from customer care.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence This is just to inform you that, as I'm not getting any help from your side after multiple requests. Either waive off unnecessary charges from my postpaid bill or I'm going to consumer court tomorrow. Also, I'm going to port out from @airtelindia.

    @airtelindia the person who came said feasibility is there and took payment & installation ppl are stating no free port and it would take more time.. tis is how u tak money and cheat the customer & nw whn i call 198 asking them to cancel thy are stating we cant cancel it wtf ??

    Hey @tataplayfiber, what a terrible service you guys have, wifi is down from the last 2 days and after repeated complaints no concrete resolution from your end so far. I think it's better to switch to @JioCare or @airtelindia they would be happy to onboard us.

The latter has a dedicated SA toggle that is on, but I am still not getting access to Airtel 5G SA despite having SA network active in the Dahanukar. I am experiencing a 5G network issue in Dahanukar Colony from the last two years. The 4G data network is completely disrupted here. However, Airtel refuses to listen. I have been asking them to improve the network since 2023, but they ignore the issue. I also have a postpaid SIM.

    Airtel AirFiber service has been consistently unreliable. If the modem is turned off and switched back on, the connection doesn’t restore for hours—sometimes up to 3 hours. For a service marketed as high-speed and dependable, this level of downtime is unacceptable @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Still facing the same issue! I’m always on 5G network (shows 5G/5G+), Unlimited 5G offer is active, but data is still being deducted from my main plan balance.This has not been resolved even after DM Please check my number and fix it urgently.
