@airtelindia when i called to customer care service for my query they just gave me a fake reply from their side and didn't sent me the complaint number in my sms. Name of customer care personnel was Hariom. I need a action against him.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia requested for porting code, no UPC code received. Went to Ranchi airtel store, called customer care, both of them asked to contact vice-versa. No solution. Poor network, poor response from customer care.

@airtelnews @airtelindia My DTH was down as the monkeys had chewed the drop wire. Told the personnel while lodginbg my complaint that the wire needs to be changed. The service guy comen in the morning and asks "Sir aapke pass wire hai". Disgusting behaviour.

@TRAI Please fix that if someone recharges any amount, he can at least receive calls for one year. The validity of the call @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is closed after seven days of validity expired. This is nothing but looting poor people. Apply this to all networks.
