@airtelindia there is a airtel fibre service outage in the north Mumbai area. A complaint to 121 and the personnel mentions outage for the whole of Mumbai. Question- does your service personnel even know what’s going on? Friends on the same service nearby have connectivity!

Hey @airtelindia How's it possible that two customers are getting two different benefits in the same recharge amounts pack? For Rs. 79, One user is able to send msgs but other user is facing no sms benefit issues. I mean, HOW?
