@Airtel_Presence I have been constantly tweeting & updating the team on DM but since last 2 days my Wifi isn't working it's absolutely pathetic of @airtelindia & it's ground team.. Is this why we associate with a brand to get poor service & no response inspite of repeated msgs.

@airtelindia I have taken the connection 4 month back only..n after only 15 days it started giving headache.there is always outage prob from your side.i can use net only max 5-7 days a month.i am literally paying Airtel for free..I want to discontinue the connection n want refund

@airtelindia What is the real problem ?My xstream fiber not wrkng frm many days. It works for some time thn no cnnctn for some time. Today i was told tht under sea cable ws damaged frm usa to india & tht is the reason for poor broadband . Earlier i had copper wire connection & it worked fine.
