I don't even get the network in my bedroom, because the modem is installed in the dining room. The speed is worst, and the field agent doesn't even want to change the modem or its location. He wants to solve the problem on the call itself, because it saves his time. Worst company, worst service, worst customer experience!

Speed on 2.4 ghz reduced to 30 mbps. Engineer excusing that that's the max you can get and not fixing the problem. Escalation raised no resolution.reference number is 11028112550.
