Complaints were registered several times to 121/198 I don’t have any other option but to change service provider if AIRTEL do not respond

For the last 7–8 years, I have repeatedly complained about very weak mobile signals and frequent internet issues, but every time we are assured that a new tower will be installed—still nothing has happened. We took Airtel Wi-Fi because of the poor mobile network, but even the Wi-Fi faces connectivity problems 3–4 times every month. Whenever we complain, we are told that an engineer will visit the next day. Today, reliable internet is essential for life and business. Your people forced me to get a new Air Fiber Wi-Fi connection, saying that the old Wi-Fi can be disconnected and the new one added to my Airtel black. I have now spend 1 hour with customer service, absolutely unable to proceed with this.
