All option on 198 is working other than complaints. This is bullshit. The @TRAI should strict the use of 198 limited to only complaints. For other ivr service they should use other number @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I hv port my no. Frm Jio to Airtel. But data service is pathetic. Its totally waste of money in both hotspot & Mobile data. I complained ,the guy came but he wz unable to fix the problem. I am suffering data issue since i purchase it and in mobile data after porting.

Penetration of fiber lines is very poor, in Bangalore. Saying goodbye to broadband connection after 14years! Very tough to survive on VDSL, which is not reliable and has 40mbps limitation. You guys needs to update technology fast!!! @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
