I bought the airtel broadband 100 Mbps plan in Ranchi. But the connection is very poor. I'm getting a speed of max 60mbps. But the situation today is even worse.....there is no internet access. @airtelindia #airtel #airtelisworse #youmustimproveairtel

@airtelindia I must wanted to share that Airtel are the best in service at present.i recently visited to get micro SIM in outlet and ppl r really friendly and not even charge Rs.1 for anything. I proud to get such services. Would like to be Ur customer always ,if service is so👍

@airtelindia I'd understand the difficulty in these testing times to send a technician to rectify connec issues but u shud learn to manage client expectations. U can't commit and go back on ur words, that's poor management. Fibernet wire is cut in my area and not fixed in 4 days.
