    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I clarified to her that as a consumer, I would not automatically know the process. I need the customer care team to guide me and the first agent told me that nothing was to be done from my end. She said she'll forward the request to the senior team. Again, I got no call.

    It's an absolutely pathetic from @airtelindia , I recharged a 5G plan- I should get unlimited 5g in covered areas, but as the daily 2gb quota finished service slow down, previously i have complained regarding the same @TRAI are guys blind, don't you see their frauds

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia u r worst internet provider in India . It's been so many days trying to follow up and raise ticket no one still came home and checked the issues ..really very upsetting

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was told that it was a post-paid connection and that I would be billed even if I didn't use it. But that's not the point. The point was that the exact process was never clarified to me. And I was always clear that I wanted disconnection.
