@airtelindia Airtel network not working in this area even we are unable to talk frequently.We are complaining since 2017 but your all message 'reinsert sim restart mob.'. Please stop this and expand network coverage area for this area so that we can utilise what we pay.

My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia my account says I'm a gold member. Visited Airtel app and spent 20 minutes but cannot raise a service query. Your app is making customer go round and round but no option to raise a ticket for a complain or query when FAQs do not answer them
