    My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel network not working in this area even we are unable to talk frequently.We are complaining since 2017 but your all message 'reinsert sim restart mob.'. Please stop this and expand network coverage area for this area so that we can utilise what we pay.

    @airtelindia you have crossed all limits of fairness in business. One - taking 2-2 charge for one connection and then customer is asking to discontinue services, not allowing him to disconnect. Shameless company, not to deal anytime.

    @airtelindia extremely poor customer service and internal processes. A disconnection request hasn’t been processed in 3 months, instead I get harassed by repeated payments team calls. I’ve escalated this issue numerous times to no avail. Poor poor processes. What I talk to..

    @airtelnews Hi Mr Shashwant, @airtelindia very disappointed to tell you about network and internet service in Central Noida. Every day at around 8-9 pm the network internet service got disrupted. Even call also getting disconnected. Today internet since 5-10 pm in Delhi and Noida not working

    Extremely pathetic service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Booked a WiFi connection in Kondapur, Hyderabad on 2nd August and made the full payment upfront. We were assured installation would be completed the very next day. DSL No: 04035002876_wifi Account No. 20055439110

    @Airtel_Presence Still no action by @airtelindia. Since visit of technician on 23rd Jul, there is no response or service call. @airtelindia sent the wrong technician for shifting, thereafter to reassign the task to a technician has taken two weeks, even after talking to customer service no action
