My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Airtel network not working in this area even we are unable to talk frequently.We are complaining since 2017 but your all message 'reinsert sim restart mob.'. Please stop this and expand network coverage area for this area so that we can utilise what we pay.

@airtelindia- a question worth asking. Can an old SIM card exhibit reduced performance in terms of receiving signal. Am a very old customer and suffering from signal issue and so with data. Don't want to change the provider without knowledge. Can the SIM card be changed to check?

Is there any legitimate customer support @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence who will treat me as a customer. I got a call from Airtel that someone is visiting to install a Broadband services it’s been 3 weeks now no one visited later promised me a call back in 24 hrs. No calls yet

I'm very shocked that Airtel has announced 5G network.Because the 4G network is not working properly yet but coming soon 5G network.i'm very disappointed with @airtelindia 4G speed for last 30 days.When I complained to support they said it would take a long time @Airtel_Presence
