My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Worst/Pathetic service by airtel air Fiber No Internet since morning, Tried reaching CC, After 5th attempt I was able to talk brief the issue to CC associate, who couldn’t help me out, neither she wrote the complaints Asked to reach out after an hour again.
