My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Experiencing the worst customer service from @airtelindia . Its been 4 days since I have requested for a relocation of my broadband and no one is responding for it. All I'm getting is "your request has been escalated" instead of relocation.

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . I requested for Airtel Wifi at my residence in Manjeera D. Towers, Nallagandla, Hyderabad yesterday and nobody is care to take the request seriously. I am surprised by this kind of service. The representative appointed is highly unprofessional.
