  My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

  Got a replacement SIM from the Airtel store 4 days ago. Was promised activation in 24–48 hrs, but still NO SIGNAL! Store and customer care are absolutely useless with zero help. Pathetic experience. Ghatiya service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Fix this NOW.

  @airtelindia I have requested for my wifi relocation. pickup date was on 26th July, till now no partner has been assigned. And escalation team is saying that I have to take the router myself to the new location whereas the customer executive saying that the partner will pick up.
