    My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel network not working in this area even we are unable to talk frequently.We are complaining since 2017 but your all message 'reinsert sim restart mob.'. Please stop this and expand network coverage area for this area so that we can utilise what we pay.

    @airtelindia Absolutely pathetic service! It's been more than a month! It took 1 month to identify the issue after 7-8 store visits and now even @Airtel_Presence and the store both are answer less. 5 odd weeks and counting.

    @airtelindia getting harassed by your customer care executives. I am looking for static IP services and have place multiple requests via email and call. Since 1st Sept I’ve been doing it, and still static IP is not activated. My phone number is 9911515363
