    My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel network not working in this area even we are unable to talk frequently.We are complaining since 2017 but your all message 'reinsert sim restart mob.'. Please stop this and expand network coverage area for this area so that we can utilise what we pay.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 3/7 I have contacted Airtel customer care multiple times. Everytime, I am given the same response: “Your request will be cancelled within 24 hours.” 24 hours passed. Then more time passed. Still not cancelled. How many times does a customer have to hear the same 24-hour promise?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 4/7 I have also spoken to the Airtel Wi-Fi engineers/field team. They also promised but failed. Yet the request continues to sit in the system as “Installation In Progress.” This is simply making the customer chase Airtel for something that should have been closed days ago.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I took plan of Airtel postpaid 699+Gst. I got Amazon prime 6 month free plan in it Your airtel store did mnp to change my area circle. Now all the claims benefits disappear from my number. Please help immediately @airtelindia

    @airtelnews Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I recharged with the ₹3599 plan which includes 'Unlimited 5G Data'. Despite being connected to 5G network continuously, my daily 2GB data pack is getting exhausted in just 4-5 hours instead of using unlimited 5G. Kindly resolve this glitch ASAP

    Absolutely pathetic service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia yet again My Wi-Fi has been completely dead for 3 days . The exact same nonsense happened to me before and took 5 agonizing days to fix! The local area agency is completely incompetent.
