    My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel network not working in this area even we are unable to talk frequently.We are complaining since 2017 but your all message 'reinsert sim restart mob.'. Please stop this and expand network coverage area for this area so that we can utilise what we pay.

    @DoT_India @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It is the second time in a row this week again that your internet WiFi services are down. Last month I lost ₹1500 because of your issues and you never repaid that back and this month again I have already lost ₹3000 because of that.

    Now @airtelindia has stopped responding as well. No service, no updates, no assurance. I pay my bills regularly, yet I can't even access my CCTV due to the internet outage. Subscribing to Airtel Black Internet has been one of my biggest regrets.Customer support seems nonexistent

    Hi @airtelindia It feels sad that you don't have network coverage in all locations of New Delhi too, UTTAM NAGAR WEST is facing the worst of your service. No network coverage at all, the network is always on patchy mode , forget about internet availability.

    @airtelindia any update on this? No solution has been given , ur customer care representative said internet won't be working for your area for next 2 months I have done 1 year recharge can't port out.
