    My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel network not working in this area even we are unable to talk frequently.We are complaining since 2017 but your all message 'reinsert sim restart mob.'. Please stop this and expand network coverage area for this area so that we can utilise what we pay.

    Paid for Airtel Xstream Fiber with IPTV. Only WiFi installed. 14 days delay and now saying “no stock”. Stock issue is not my problem. Install IPTV within 48 hours or refund full ₹1500 including WiFi. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Facing serious internet speed issues with Airtel AirFiber in my area . Every evening the speed drops drastically. Getting only 5–7 Mbps download and 10–12 Mbps upload during peak hours (7 PM – 11 PM). This is unacceptable.

    It has been 4 mnth but still there is no support from the airtelteam, I purchase xtream black plan and my settop box is not working properly after 1 mnth of purchasing ,i have been complaining all the time but there is no support from @airtelindia Kindly send a team to solve it.

    @chikubar @airtelindia DO not go for IPTV. Their support is worst. Changed 3 boxes in 6 months. No parent control on apps. Mainly with just a click channels get activated and you need to spend extra for that. If you remove that with in seconds also you need to pay the bill of entire month.

    @airtelindia As already escalated yesterday, someone called me today for broadband shifting but he didn't show up. This is 3rd time someone called me that he will come but didn't show up. Let me know if I should deal with you legally as it is clearly a deficiency in service.

    Facing extremely poor network service from @airtelindia. Even after contacting customer support, instead of fixing the issue, they suggested converting my prepaid SIM to postpaid. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. Resolve network issues instead of pushing upgrades.

    Received a call from Airtel today. They admitted the number is on someone else's ID but offered no solution, only apologies. This is a clear case of internal fraud and identity theft. I want my number restored! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
