    My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel network not working in this area even we are unable to talk frequently.We are complaining since 2017 but your all message 'reinsert sim restart mob.'. Please stop this and expand network coverage area for this area so that we can utilise what we pay.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia everyday the techincian promises to visit and complete the work but never arrives! Really fed up your apologise dont mean anything, right? When are you going to address the issue and your team if formed by now can do something about the issue

    Horrible horrible customer service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my WiFi has not been working and it’s been over 24 hr. When I reach out to the customer care they say raise request on the app. When I raise it via the app, no one reaches out! Will get Jio WiFi now.
