After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

When I tried to reach you via phone IVR says we can’t connect you to advisor due to system upgradtion. When I raised the ticket via your app it closed off within 24 hours without any resolution.
