    My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel network not working in this area even we are unable to talk frequently.We are complaining since 2017 but your all message 'reinsert sim restart mob.'. Please stop this and expand network coverage area for this area so that we can utilise what we pay.

    In @airtelindia store. Total of 5 members. Attending only 2 customers. One guy is talking on phone. One girl just stood up and went out to talk on phone. One girl Attending a customer. The other 2 attending only one customer. And more over only 1 store for the surrounding 2kms. pathetic.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Premium Postpaid, premium promises, but ordinary network performance. Unstable speeds throughout the day, a few decent hours at night, then back to fluctuations. The bill is always full, the service isn't.

    @airtelindia I raised a complaint regarding my wifi not working and earlier the person used to contact me regarding what is the issue and inform me about the solution and time but today when I called the person assigned for the job it seemed like I disturbed him 1/2

    @airtelindia I have a post paid mobile connection with 5 sim card, asper plan I have offered some OTT , but only a few I can consume some of OTT is not available, can you please help me about the same .

    . @airtelindia My Wi-Fi has had no internet for more than 24 hours. I contacted customer support yesterday, and they scheduled a technician visit, but no one has visited yet. I'm also unable to reach support as my calls are not being answered.

    Always having a question in mind. If we use services for month and pay for 20 days will @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence accept with generosity. Then why the hell they expect customers to pay when their services are in outage?? This has to be questioned by each customer #airtelfraud
