    My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel network not working in this area even we are unable to talk frequently.We are complaining since 2017 but your all message 'reinsert sim restart mob.'. Please stop this and expand network coverage area for this area so that we can utilise what we pay.

    @airtelindia As a corporate customer we have multiple connections for over 5 years now. The bills are always paid on time... Still when it comes to a simple SIM SWAP issue - there is no physical individual to help. No phone number that let's us speak to a human!

    @airtelindia Whats the update on the internet outage? Its been almost 24 hrs since outage without any communication from ur end. Is this the kind of service u intend to provide? Ur engineers are not responding. This is in Mogal Nagar, Trimurti Chowk Area Nashik.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really pathetic service. My Airtel AirFiber speed has been down to just 0.5–1 Mbps for nearly a week, especially in the evenings. No proper response from support, and the issue isn't even being addressed. Honestly, it’s time to switch from Airtel.

    Hey @airtelindia , I am an existing customer for the past 20 years. My first number was from Airtel which still is my number. This needed to be said so that you could take my matter a bit serious. For a loyal customer. I am facing an issue. My other sim is blocked, it's asking for PUK CODE. I can't literally visit a store. Packed schedule. And my Grandfather can't chat with his Broker because we don't remember his number. He's not been able to trade for the whole week. Alot has happened. Help me out man!
