    My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel network not working in this area even we are unable to talk frequently.We are complaining since 2017 but your all message 'reinsert sim restart mob.'. Please stop this and expand network coverage area for this area so that we can utilise what we pay.

    @airtelindia What is the point of me buying your Airtel Black plan if I won't get a call back within 30 minutes when I raise a complaint? My Airtel Fiber is down, had scheduled a call, no call back! And this is not the first time I'm facing this poor service from @airtelindia

    @airtelindia #broadband service is painfully bad in #Kolkata. Regular outage a norm. Digital desk responds but of no diff on ground. No internet since last night. App says complaint resolved. Call to 121 customer care lands up at 'best deals'. Awful @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia U need to display a troubleshooting country wise guide for prepaid International Roaming in your website. My issue was resolved after a week with WA messages and calls to customer care. Your IR FAQs in website are general and do not help. Thanks.
