I recently ported from Jio to Airtel Post-paid, and since then not a single incoming or outgoing call has worked. How can I rely on this network in an emergency? Very poor experience so far. I seriously regret leaving Jio network.

Max Matrix (@max_matrix1) reported@airtelindia I was given fake complaint number, the Area Manager is not even picking their own call, and they are saying it can't happen till he contacts, so basically their customer support service of no use, and as a customer I can't do anything.
