    My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel network not working in this area even we are unable to talk frequently.We are complaining since 2017 but your all message 'reinsert sim restart mob.'. Please stop this and expand network coverage area for this area so that we can utilise what we pay.

    My @airtelindia wifi has not been working since Friday morning, complaint (11028189505) raised immediately but no resolution/visit till now @Airtel_Presence . Called Airtel Dedicated service team, they escalated matter but still no resolution. Very bad experience.

    @airtelindia Last evening around 9pm one of my neighbour got her phone snatched and there was no way we could get the sim blocked even after 10 calls on 121, 198 and other so called customer care numbers. Worst part was the waste of precious time in listening to IVR menu. Shame!!

    Reminder 5 Finally received a contact number (+917037496750) to resolve my issue, but no response—calls unanswered. Is this the level of service expected from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia? Absolutely third-class customer support. Disappointing.

    @Airtel_Presence What about the compensation,wifi is down since 15 days it’s unacceptable, worst thing, if the service is down from your end why do you charge your customers, enough Is enough.     @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ₹349 recharge stuck since 24 March + ₹100 wrongly deducted. Wrong postpaid activation without consent. No resolution. Resolve immediately or I will escalate to DoT.

    @airtelindia Xstream fiber is the worst wifi broadband service I have experienced so far. It's not even been 1 month since I am using and it has been down for more than 10 times. You can't even lodge a complaint through their app. Customer care number also don't lodge complaint.

    @airtelindia Worst service I’ve ever experienced. My Airtel Black hasn’t been working for the past 2 weeks. Neither the service center nor customer care has provided any support. I finally decided to discontinue the service.
