    My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel network not working in this area even we are unable to talk frequently.We are complaining since 2017 but your all message 'reinsert sim restart mob.'. Please stop this and expand network coverage area for this area so that we can utilise what we pay.

    I've been a loyal @airtelindia customer for the past 16 years. Suddenly, my SIM was blocked and later deactivated without any prior notice or valid explanation. I've visited your Airtel store multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. This is extremely disappointing.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews However, when I checked my postpaid bill, I found that I had been charged for the entire 10-day roaming pack, even though the service worked for only the first 3 days. The remaining days were unusable due to a technical issue on Airtel's side.

    @airtelindia Seriously, stop blaming my phone. 5G doesn’t work on 2 different devices, and others are facing the same issue. Yet Airtel keeps giving the same excuse. Why recharge long-term when your service doesn’t work? Shaawant No response to my emails either. Fix this.

    My complaint booked on 17 th August regards the failure of Set Top Box till not resolved.Complaint ID 11038825865. Even they are not able to provide good service at Metro city like Chennai. @airtelindia

    Highly unethical behavior by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia! Field engineer 'Shubhash' deceitfully took OTP over call, falsely closed my router replacement ticket & raised an unauthorized shifting request without consent. Internet is totally down & he’s ignoring calls! Fix ASAP!

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, stop spamming my phone! 100+ push notifications & 30+ SMS daily for plan validity is harassment. Previous complaint ignored. Kindly intervene @TRAI into this unrequested spamming. Fix this immediately!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your WiFi team doesn’t work at all. It’s been 4 days since a complaint. no engineer visit has happened. App is a chatbot - doesn’t add value. On call a “dedicated team” just asks to wait.. will this stupidity end? or i better shift to @reliancejio ?
