My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

How to reach @Airtel_Presence customer care human?? If you call 198 all you hear is some junk IVRS OPTIONS #patheticservice #airtel #airtelndia @TRAI should penalise @airtelindia for simply taking customer for granted and making it hard to talk to a real customer care person.
