My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

I connect amazon customer care but representative inform cash back provide by airtel (this is 3rd party app) So contact airtel. Please confirm both party who provide solution. @airtelindia please provide . I attached my order details.
