    @airtelindia Airtel network not working in this area even we are unable to talk frequently.We are complaining since 2017 but your all message 'reinsert sim restart mob.'. Please stop this and expand network coverage area for this area so that we can utilise what we pay.

    My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    One of worst n pathetic network of India. Complaint loged every week for the network issue. After every 3 days same repeated msg comes, your query has been resolved. Did any network engineer ever called a complainant that is network issue is same or its better? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartinews 5 days of false promises! (Req ID: 2Bwhc14pvw). Tech brought a faulty router on Aug 17 and vanished. Support keeps "escalating" but does nothing. Can't reach me? Call my alt Airtel number! Send a technician TODAY or refund my money.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. For more than 24 years... I had three mobile plus one wifi. Cause of lack of services I was forced to surrender or cancel one mobile connection and port out the other mobile number. I really hope that a Platinum Customer is treated better.

    @airtelindia @TRAI Your 5G service is extremely disappointing. We are paying for premium 5G services, but the internet speed is sometimes worse than 3G. Stop advertising high-speed 5G if customers are not receiving reliable service.#Airtel #Airtel5G #TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have got no help from customer support or thanks app. Every time I use wifi I feel regret to have choosen you. Its stuck a lot. Please cancel my connection I’ve decided to subscribe other vendor for wifi.

Despite repeatedly reporting genuine service issues, Airtel's responses are focused only on recovering dues, without addressing the service deficiency or disputed billing. One of Complaint #31-1000015760919
