1) @airtelindia - Facing regular disruptions on my Airtel Xstream Fiber services over the last 2 months in Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai area. Once the issue begins it is down for a minimum of 12-24 hours and we just keep getting sms from Airtel with a new expected time to resume!

@airtelindia last year i recharge my broadband with 6 months plan on (6 sept 2022) and today it is showing that recharge again but today on 24 feb why? and according to plan our subscription is upto 6 march. This is not the service i expect from @Airtel_Presence @PMOIndia

Companies like @airtelindia are failing to provide services (@Airtel_Presence) to consumers. A service request takes more than 2 days to resolve if you opt for #Airtelfiber. Their customer service on social media is also poor, as they just reply to your tweets 1/3
