My Airtel sim network connects automatically in 2G mode , and when I On / off flight mode then It connects to 4G . After some time it automatically connects to 2G again. Again flight mode on/ off 4G mode connect. Why this type of problem happen ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia I am fed up with your SMS which I get daily for 4 to 5 times saying that my plan has expired. though, I have renewed it 4 days ago. Correct it. Second, your network is so worse that I can't make calls or can't hear anyone calling me on this number. Shameful Service!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What is going on Airtel? Every alternate day my internet is down, followed by our compaints and your apologies. Couple of days later, the process is repeated. Ideally you should not charge us for the month. Pathetic.

@airtelindia Airtel DigitalTV customer care stop responding and do not provide resolution to customers if something is not resolved in one go. They do not respect the 1 month warranty period to resolve the issue as well. AIRTEL DIGITALTV Murdabad !!
