  @airtelindia Hi Airtel Team, despite having an Unlimited 5G plan, I have been unable to use Unlimited 5G for the past 10 days. Because of this issue, I had to do extra recharges. I'm disappointed with the service and am considering switching to Jio.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 65+ hrs broadband outage. SR: 11032402977 DSL: 01126995058_wifi Executives promised resolution in 5–6 hrs, but no fix. Engineer says no task assigned, while Airtel claims escalation done.Complete mismanagement. Urgent action needed.

  @airtelindia Paid for broadband installation on 9 June and still waiting. No technician visit, no clear update, and repeated assurances without resolution. Please escalate this issue and complete the installation at the earliest.
