    Another 24 hours passed.. all your team does is raise a SR on a daily basis and no resolution from the team My physical sim is deactivated & eSim has not been activated and is not provisioned..left stranded in between with no network for 7 days now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia This eSIM conversion experience has been ridiculous. Your customer care cannot manually take consent, cannot provide an alternate verification method, and apparently cannot escalate the failure of your own eSIM consent system.

    @airtelindia My Airtel SIM stopped working yesterday without any reason. The number is linked everywhere. Went to the office of #Airtel, but it will open on Monday. Who’s responsible for this multi-day hassle? Kindly solve my problem.@TRAI @JM_Scindia

    @airtelindia I am facing a major issue with my 5G unlimited data. Despite having an active unlimited 5G plan, my 4G data is being consumed instead. Once the 4G data gets exhausted, my internet stops working completely. Please look into this urgently. @Airtel_Presence
