  @reliancejio I want to discontinue my service with @airtelindia. For one hour, they have put me on music. Can you visit me? I am done with @airtelindia. I also have a lease line from Airtel which I will discontinue now. Visit me to help me shift the account.

  @Chitwan86 @airtelindia Hi, your service request 11036754151 has been assigned to engineer Why Would it take a entire day for your team to visit for the internet down issue, do you deduct the amount from your monthly bill if your team is not listening to us. Escalate more i need help

  @airtelindia wifi has been disrupted for my entire apartment since 29 July. Resolution date was 30 July, then 01 Aug, 2nd & now 5th Aug. 7 days no internet. Same thing happened in June too. @TheSunilMittal Absolutely disgusted by @Airtel_Presence service. This is unacceptable.
