    @airtelindia applied for Xtreme 10 days back paying 6 months in advance. The tech guy came for installation saying max speed is 20 instead of the promised 40 by the sales team. Cancelled but yet to receive refund, customer care is not picking up/ 121 is literally useless. Pls fix

    @airtelindia I am not able to send SMS from my device last weeks I call to customer care but there is no response I called to nearby airtel Store but there is no response what should I do?? I really irritate from airtel I switch to another operator who is given a better service
