This is how MNC having monopoly trt cstmr. i have dne mre thn 10 to 15 call for my issue to resolve Including from technical staff to customer spprt all are same

    Shocking experience with @airtelindia. It has been two full weeks since I raised a complaint (Request ID: 31-1000013675820), and this unresolved issue is absolutely crippling my life. Despite being a loyal postpaid customer for years, I am left stranded.

    @airtelindia I had purchased 2 Indian plan before landing which went completely useless. What is this business model? You are able to detect if a customer is in another country but not if the same person is back in India? With an active plane .

    @airtelindia your duffer tech team is back to its shenanigans. After the glitch ridden Thanks app somewhat stabilized, they have launched so called Priority service (sic) without adequate testing. My wife has lost her signal and @airtelindia says they will solve by June 13th!

    @skpanda0303 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Just check with netmonster once if it shows NSA disconnected then it means you are not connected to 5G tower and in this case data will be consumed from daily quota of 4G as you are connected to 4G network only 5G in status bar doesn't mean you are using 5G.
