Previously the TAT was 12.30 PM in the afternoon but no one came or called me. I called you guys again and then the TAT was 5.30 PM but still there is no resolution. Even got a call from the CEO’s office. And still… my connections are not bundled. No complaint is being generated. No response. Absolutely pathetic.
