    One of the most pathetic services is Airtel with the worst customer service. Anytime you complaint of their services, the only response - line karwa dijiye. Faced the same inefficient attitude in Kolkata, and continues in Mumbai too. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I need a new connection for my company which is in Malviya Nagar, Delhi. I have tried many times on customer care they told me that our executive will call you. But after 48 hours I have not received a single call yet. Nobody is interested in Airtel. Worst Company

    @airtelindia My broad band plan was changed without approval just to dishonour the commitment of life time discount. Shameful, as you could have called and explained the reason, atleast you would have saved a customer and kept your goodwill.

    Worst service of @airtelindia . Never seen this type of service of @Airtel_Presence where a Platinum customer is harrased by this type. #very pathetic response in terms of warrant of so called xtream box in @Airtel_Presence .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia wrost customer service in INDIA , I am trying to talk with customer executive but there is not any options . I was complaint for OTP/ SMS issue but there is no response . My all banking transactions stopped .
