    @airtelindia this is the way you are serving your customer that without giving any notice you are disconnecting xstream connection this is not a one time issue this happens daily you are making us fool by showing some thing and providing worst services one can ever get !!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence since I port my number to Airtel. I cannot send iMessage using my number . Contacted 121 twice they are saying it’s iPhones problem. But when asking how, not able to explain. How to activate iMessage??

    @airtelindia @DoT_India This company is so worst as soon as the bills are generated for your fiber they start calling 10 times a day on both mobile and landline even if you are paying bills on time. If you forget to it to make the payment for a day or two then become goons.

    @airtelindia after so many complaints still now action has been taken. Poor network in the area. Can’t even make the calls, and internet facility is too bad and slow. Thinking to switch all my airtel numbers to some other operator.

    @airtelindia my SIM has suddenly stopped working. I reached out to your customer service and they advised that I visit an airtel store. Only challenge is, there is a lockdown in Mumbai. Anything you can do that doesn't involve me visiting your store?

    @airtelindia I requested for call back for my interest in One Airtel plan and got call from a sales team...and he said he took request and representative will call...but no one called yet and CC is not able to track any request. How this works team? Customer in dark here
