  @airtelindia your broadband service is very bad it doesn't have internet for better part of day but still you guys boast as best in business.i think this is the worst descision to opt for your service i would like to end my connection but there is no clear procedure to do so

  From today morning the @airtelindia my broadband is down Tried calling the technical team but of no use. They said they will allocate a technician and the allocated time was 7.00pm - 8.00pm. But still no one has visited and still the problem is not resolved.

  @airtelindia Unable to reach customer service on phone, since afternoon tried several times on several numbers and tired now. No customer care number is connecting a customer care representative. Why? Please give me a customer care number which connects to your representative.
