Also now there is no means to connect to customer service as it seems all data has been deleted and they have no information and history available

The Airtel Thanks app shows 'Unlimited 5G' as active, but I'm not getting the promised unlimited usage. This is not true Unlimited 5G.

Gulab Jamun (@Gulabjamun87) reported@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia An Airtel technician visited today and informed me that the Wi-Fi is unable to connect due to the tower being located too far away, which is why it shows “No Internet Connection.” I have been advised to discontinue the Wi-Fi service.
