    Hey @airtelindia I raised concern abouts poor network, calls not connecting,poor ineternet connection (can't open airtel thanks app). I raised multiple tickets, I never received any response for any ticket, simply after 10-15 days the ticket will closed

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am using airtel since 7 years, I never faced the service issue but now it has become pathetic. I am not able to use the internet nor am I able to manke phone calls. I tried to reach a customer care executive but there is no option to do so.

    Update: More than 5 days still no resolution neither a way to get their AirTel Customer Care Exec. Went AirTel Store, Connaught Place there they were more interested in selling their Postpaid plans. Pathetic Service better switch JIO @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtelthanks
