    Here Airtel network is very slow even we r unable to open google. We are doing recharge of 4g pack but they are providing 2g network though 4g is availabe. Please resolve the issue urgently. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Here number of peoples are working from home.

    My @airtelindia Airtel number can not send messages but can recieve them. Calls are going through. 5G is also working. Tried all possible Google troubleshooting. Been trying this for 2 days but no help from Airtel Customer Care. Someone expert in networking please explain?

    @airtelindia why is your mobile data the worst? i cannot remember when my mobile network last showed more than 3 bars in kolkata. it is always patchy and inconsistent. one cannot rely on your ****** network to get anything done at all.

    @airtelindia This has been one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I've ever had. I requested disconnection of my Airtel Black Wi-Fi/TV connection on 4 August. Your executive asked me to clear my dues till 4 August first, which I did immediately.

    Hell @airtelindia @airtelnews After initiating complaint about DTH on 1st August and every day follow up call still no response. Ever wrost response seen about any services in past couple of decades.

    Don’t use Airtel. @airtelindia Your network in a major hub like Gurgaon is completely pathetic. I can’t even send a simple text on WhatsApp. Disgusted with this zero-connectivity service. Moving both of my postpaid numbers to another operator immediately.

    I end up asking for ipv4, gateway, submask and dns as well as set on my pc but internet was not working. I told the airtel visitor and he just left because it was not his priority. since then I am not able to use internet. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my SIM card is disabled for no reason and your representative at the Airtel office are unresponsive and they doesn’t know what happened with the sim, it’s been a week with this pathetic network customer service. Kindly provide resolution
