    Here Airtel network is very slow even we r unable to open google. We are doing recharge of 4g pack but they are providing 2g network though 4g is availabe. Please resolve the issue urgently. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Here number of peoples are working from home.

    @busyrabbit_ @Rahulshrivstv @airtelindia Bhai - matlab kuch bhi? Free incoming is a part of committed service. Free Missed call alert is not. And even if free MCA becomes a committed service by the telco, how do they give a free service is the telco’s prerogative.

    This is not an India only policy. Many operators across the world already differentiate between on device data and hotspot usage on certain plans. The difference is that people there actually read the plan terms before buying. The real issue is transparency. If unlimited 5G excludes hotspot usage, it should be clearly disclosed before purchase, not hidden in fine print. Consumers deserve clear communication, not surprises. @airtelindia @TRAI
