Here Airtel network is very slow even we r unable to open google. We are doing recharge of 4g pack but they are providing 2g network though 4g is availabe. Please resolve the issue urgently. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Here number of peoples are working from home.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am a platinum postpaid customer. I did purchased extreme fiber broadband prepaid plan for an year in September 2020. Since, then it has not worked till 10 days. When I asked for waiver/refund/cashback the customer care refused. Please resolve.
