Here Airtel network is very slow even we r unable to open google. We are doing recharge of 4g pack but they are providing 2g network though 4g is availabe. Please resolve the issue urgently. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Here number of peoples are working from home.

@airtelindia you people are real fraud, I really don’t understand why you charge when you can’t provide any service. If someone misses bill even for one day you charge such a huge charge in name of late fee but when it come to provide service you always fails.

Excellent service from @Airtel_Presence,@airtelindia. No update on the failed recharge refund, no response on DM, and no proper reply from customer care representatives even after keeping us on hold for more than 40mins. Pathetic!
