Here Airtel network is very slow even we r unable to open google. We are doing recharge of 4g pack but they are providing 2g network though 4g is availabe. Please resolve the issue urgently. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Here number of peoples are working from home.

@KishenAnkit @airtelindia what kind of crapy speed is that? 5G seriously that slow? 5G is not worth having then...unless they provide truly unlimited data with that type of speed. 5G's minimum speed must be 1Gbps at least! not 100Mbps.

@airtelindia customer care is literally going down the drain in respect to behaving with customers . First there will be issue in connecting with them if at all u did they will respond as if you have taken their property. Not at alll helpful neither decency left with them anymore

Hey @airtelindia Why don’t you give the receipt of utility bill(e.g-electric bii) payment through airtel thanks app. Such a hectic experience. After payment its a nightmare to search the receipt and don’t have any proof of payment. Not sure if people are using this service @TRAI

@airtelindia I had done recharge of Rs 399 of Airtel prepaid on 12 April 2020, 12.14 PM. My money got deducted but i haven't received my recharge or money back. It was COVID time so one responded me neither @airtelindia nor @GooglePay. It is pathetic to keep your customer's money

@airtelindia @airtelnews @airtelcare very pathetic service. Raised complaint regarding broadband on 12 Oct 2022 and tat was 24hr but still issue not resolved. Contacted helpline number but floor superior disconnect Raj and Nain and Arushi disconnected my call. SR 1-29200812857

@airtelindia service is becoming bad now a days. Can not even take a call sitting inside home. And this is in BTM layout Bangalore. What is point of bringing 5G if you can not provide a quality 4G service
