Here Airtel network is very slow even we r unable to open google. We are doing recharge of 4g pack but they are providing 2g network though 4g is availabe. Please resolve the issue urgently. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Here number of peoples are working from home.

Called @airtelindia to confirm payments, they informed me Rs. 107 was paid to the wrong account. I mentioned I have call recordings of conversations with customer care executives giving ACC nos. Then, he mentioned if the amount was at least Rs. 150 it can be refunded. 11/n

@airtelindia: 1. My mother Airtel SIM stopped working. We tried to check with customer care he was saying to connect with the region from where it issued. Sim issue from my home town Bihar/Jharkhand region and my mother living with my elder brother in Noida.

@airtelbank This is regarding the inability to pay for postpaid numbers which have been ported out of @airtelindia. Later I got a URL for which ACC nos were needed. After much hustle, getting subjected to harassment I got the ACC nos after getting customer care no from a nearby airtel shop.
