    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst broadband services are provided by #Airtel.. almost alternate days there is outage.. speed is barely 1-2 Mbps.. customer care number is having glitch.. highly unprofessional and totally disappointed.. let me know should I continue with Airtel?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have requested to upgrade my set top box to xtreme box 2days back. As per tele conversation, executive with upgraded box on 9th may but no one came and Have no response from customer care

    Why airtel only want to install their thanks app for any service. Being a nwk provider why don't u provide net balance or other information just by USSD code . All code shows invalid. Everyone don't have enough m/m to install the bullshit app. @airtelindia @airtelnews
