Here Airtel network is very slow even we r unable to open google. We are doing recharge of 4g pack but they are providing 2g network though 4g is availabe. Please resolve the issue urgently. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Here number of peoples are working from home.

continued @airtelindia Problem 2: Your customer service is broken. I am unable to use landline phone on xtream connection and you do not have a straight forward for registering a complaint in app. The app itself is pathetic. Your local guys are AWOL and don't answer calls.

But since it is shift from one city to other they changed my number but interestingly that number cannot be registered in My Airtel App [see screenshot]. So from past 5 days I am daily calling Airtel Support and they are promising me daily [2/n]. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia -problem 1. I paid for 1 year xtream connection on 25th Dec. I kept getting messages to pay bill and today my connection is not working. I am dead sure you have blocked it due to non-payment of bill because you are terrible at managing customer bills....
