    Here Airtel network is very slow even we r unable to open google. We are doing recharge of 4g pack but they are providing 2g network though 4g is availabe. Please resolve the issue urgently. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Here number of peoples are working from home.

    @airtelindia customer care executives forcefully ended my phone call when I questioned them about this. He wasn’t even able to justify why I was not able to get a mobile signal when I landed back . What’s the point of contacting your customer service from other operator?

    @airtelindia I’m on a ₹379 unlimited plan, still getting alerts for “100% daily data used” and being pushed to buy extra data packs. My phone shows 5G network, so why am I being asked to recharge again? Is this how “unlimited” works now?

    I purchased Airtel prepaid WiFi plan for 6 months, but been facing repeated no-internet issues during meetings. Reported issue to person who assisted in purchasing plan, but they no longer work with Airtel & didn't provide any support contact. 1/3 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I paid my bill yesterday and transaction was successful from bank end but it’s showing failed in airtel app. I connected with airtel customer support and my call was on hold for 30 minutes and no one responded on that. Is this expected after using airtel for 13 years

    @airtelindia Facing repeated issues with eSIM conversion. My first eSIM transfer failed and network was lost on both phones. After getting a replacement SIM, converting it to eSIM again caused network loss on both physical SIM and eSIM. Please help resolve this urgently.
