Here Airtel network is very slow even we r unable to open google. We are doing recharge of 4g pack but they are providing 2g network though 4g is availabe. Please resolve the issue urgently. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Here number of peoples are working from home.

@airtelindia Facing internet issue for a while now and engineer says that he doesn't have a solution to improve the connectivity and insisted on switching to alternate service provider as Airtel is incompatible to address the issue and provide appropriate speed. Please address.

Had they mailed that plan is unviable and request for shifting...i would have asked for dialogue and hifted but 799 plan works for other colleagues and myself shifted by @airtelindia with just sms 15 days prior is what has irked me. This is not airtel i know or support
