@Rams_squirrel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't rely on their call center. Go to a walk in help center. Similar issues i faced couple of months back and finally I had to search for their local office. Call center people sends SMS of closing the complaint saying that the issue has been resolved. But No,aisa hota nahi hai.

Its been around three weeks i took a duplicate SIM against my airtel connection 8146089495 & m unable to use any services.SIM is still not activated. Customer care is always giving excuses. As per them my old sim still reflects in system. @airtelindia @DoT_India @airtelcomplaint
