I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

@airtelindia Pathetic service and even worse customer care.! Atleast have the decency of updating the customer tickets with correct status instead of closing them with false comments. Disconnections every minute, multiple customer supposed tickets, all of them closed randomly.
