@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am a postpaid customer and the last date for bill payment has been reduced by 10 days without prior intimation. As a result I have been charged almost 30% of my bill as late payment fees. Request you to please revoke the late payment charges ASAP.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic systems! Wanted to upgrade from copper to fibre. Customer care tells me there is no fibre in my area. 20 of my neighbours have already upgraded to fibre...still the Airtel system "shows" I do not qualify for a fibre connection! Amazing!!
