Airtel has very poor service.Often a customer is caught in 121 or any other number say 198, machine software loop.Their connectivity is also not up to the mark. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Worst service ever. Had paid for a one year plan on dth. They changed it to a different subscription and it ended in 7 months. No way to contact customer care. And no follow ups. Terrible.
