    Call dropping again again & network is not working properly sience 5-6 days . I don't understand why . If this type will continue I will port the sim definitely . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence Please update on the request ! Tried reaching customer executive multiple times he said it will get fix in 10 mins and it's been already more than 18 hr Since yesterday internet is down in my area .Sad to see Customer reliability is not ur focus @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been trying to reach your customer service wrt my sim(no network) issue and no one is bother to even respond. Your stores across bangalore can’t manage customer and we have to wait in que for hours together.
