    Call dropping again again & network is not working properly sience 5-6 days . I don't understand why . If this type will continue I will port the sim definitely . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia My internet is not working from feb 6th . Raised a complaint (31-4629607311953), still its not fixed, changed the sim still the same issue. there is no escalation path to address my issue and fix it asap. This kind of service breaks the trust with customer.

    Hi there, I've got no network since yesterday (cannot connect local providers, neither manually nor automatically) in KSA. Please note that the Airtel number is LinkedIn to my NRI bank account as well all 3rd party payment apps in India. @airtelindia #Airtel Please advise ASAP.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very pathetic response from customer care over 121 . They are not even bothered about time and money of customer reaching out to them for support. I am struggling since beginning of this month when i choose to portin in Airtel.

    @airtelindia unable to connect to Internet since morning and not app is also not loading to raise service ticket, I raised a ticket yesterday and it was fixed temporarily and now Internet is down again .

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I recently switched to airtel and made a simple request for a callertune, forget about a resolution they won't even follow up on my request. This has to be the worst customer service I've come across and I am waiting for 3 months to port out of this mess

    @airtelindia no help from Airtel app chat bit gives command to dial customer call 198 it takes 20 minutes for IVR no customer care person on line no query resolved ? How a person get solution to this problem
