    @airtelindia network is a mess again 😤 Barely 1 signal bar showing ‘4G’, calls keep dropping, phone goes completely out of network at times. Had to switch to WiFi . It is not FastLane and premium I pay.This needs fixing. #AirtelDown #NetworkIssue #PoorConnectivity

    @airtelindia We are facing severe voice call quality issues on two Airtel numbers. During calls, the voice keeps breaking and it is very difficult to have a conversation. The same issue occurs even when we travel to different areas, while other Airtel numbers work normally.

    @airtelindia 2/4 Instead of refunding my money, Airtel transferred the balance from my old/wrong DTH ID 3042061966 to my current DTH ID 3069968927 and is treating the matter as “resolved”. The current balance shown is ₹3,259.88. This is NOT the resolution I was promised or requested.

    @JioCare very pathetic customer service my wifi not working from last 3 days still no technician is assigned we try to reach out manually the one technician abused us and said I'm not coming to repair it now switching to @airtelindia cutting of all the connection in society

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Facing constant connectivity issues on my postpaid WiFi (DSL No. 01132439580_wifi, A/C 20048178198) since installation on 27.04.2026. Raised complaint ID 11037576231 — still unresolved. Paid Rs 1500 in advance (receipt enclosed) for a broken 40Mbps connection (Rs 499/- unlimited plan). Need a permanent fix, not another temporary patch. #AirtelWiFi #AirtelCustomerCare #PoorService

    @airtelindia Moreover, there is no option available in the app to request disconnection of Wifi, forcing customers to contact customer care multiple times just to cancel a service. I strongly recommend improving this process & providing a simple option in the app to disconnect the connection.

    My wifi dal number 0587230211234_wifi, account number - 20041018151 is not working from last 10 days. When I try to lodge complaint through thanks app ,it shows unable to process at that time,while calling it shows technically upgrading. Worst service provider @airtelindia
