  @airtelindia My Wi-Fi was not working for days. I paid 6 months in advance on 24 Aug, but the issue continued. I requested cancellation & refund. Airtel has deactivated my account and taken back the router, but still hasn’t refunded my money! Please refund my payment immediately

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Its now nearing 24 hours of broadband not working in our area! Unimaginable how those dependent on internet connectivity will manage their affairs in such circumstances. And there is no rain or storm to put the blame too. Complaint No 13921975814.
