Hello @airtelindia I booked an xstream connection. I paid the amount for installation and activation 2001/- inr. Now I came to know that the line is full and installation cannot be done. The installation person is scheduling it again and again. Very poor experience!!

Your Xstream Fiber/Fixedline no. 02211774171_dsl is now activated. Start date:21/06/2022, End Date:20/09/2022, Since 21/06 and till date,service is not activated & now they denied to even return my money. You claim to be a brand, shame on you @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
