    Hello @airtelindia , I have 2 Broadband band connections and using you internet service since last 2 years. There is one complaint that everytime Airtel charges late payments fees from me. I have payed many a times. In last month bill Airtel has charges 200rs for late payment.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence should really work on their customer service. It's been 4 days without wifi, even after countless requests and complains, it hasn't been fixed yet. How careless a company has to be to give such a response towards a customer's problem?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have activated DND on my phone around 15th Feb, yet I was getting banking and finance related promotional calls on raising a request to 1909 they assured that I will not get call, but still the issue is not resolved.

    My problem is your business. You charge me Rs 50 as SIM replacement. When I am your existing customer than why should I pay for that. Learn from JIO, never charge for SIM replacement. I will switch to Jio shortly @airtelindia
