    @airtelindia Well mostly I had complaint regarding the services but here I am with an appreciation, within 24 hours I got my wifi setup (airtel xstream fibre) at my place, thanks airtel for the kind support even during this lockdown, great job!! Happy with the service 👍🏻💯

    @airtelindia the network used to work very well in my area lately. But now I am having issues with the slow network. The airtel app says it's alright and I get a very good strength but it's not.

    @Apple @airtelindia I’ve enabled DND with carrier and also changed some settings on my apple device. I’m happy that I don’t receive calls from numbers that aren’t saved on my device. Now the question is will I have the same if I change my device? Airtel or apple who can help me

    @Airtel_Presence guys I raised a small issue a week ago and you haven't fixed it yet. I just got a 28 day data package for my Dad and 9 days are over but he still can't use it. @airtelindia it is a terrible customer service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I booked a new broadband connection and i was told it will be installed today. When i called customer care for update, they told me it is cancelled and but no one bothered to update me about it. Pathetic Service
