I am trying to connect to a customer executive related to a unlimited 5g issue but all I get is useless chatbots repeating the same things again and again. When dialing 198 it's of no use, it says press 1 for prepaid, when I press 1 it doesn't accept and keeps on moving forward with other options... @airtelindia

  @airtelindia more than 24 hours my wifi isn’t working and your team supposed to be least bothered. Do you guys understand how difficult it can be a working professional to be available basis the schedule of your representative to be at home, so that the issue can be fixed.

  Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, my WiFi in Chennai has been completely down since Saturday (16th) evening. Raised multiple complaints via the app, and today the local outlet tells me it’ll take another 24 hours? 2+ days of no connectivity is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP!
