    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel is the worst network. I have been complaining for a year but no one listens. Repeatedly ask me to change the settings of my phone. But all Airtel users in my area have problems. Airtel runs very fast 300 meters away from my area.

    @airtelindia @airtelpune Almost every month your airtel service breakdown at Pune,Kothrud,Paud Road area. No internet connection, so Xtream fiber not working. How much time we should suffer?Can I port to another service provider?Useless service of AIRTEL at Pune.Bad experience.

    @Airtel_Presence Wifi is still not working. 4 days of outage now. I'm not even getting any updates as to when it will be restored. Unable to contact customer support as well. Fix this asap @airtelindia

    @airtelindia The most irresponsive customer support is of Airtel, Even internet doesn't work good at my location. My data add on just a waste for me now. If I'm using wifi only, so, why you are asking us to recharge for 349 if you cant provide good internet also.

    @airtelindia no way to get through to a real person in customer care pisses me off even more..paying so much for what? This too during the working hours..affecting it badly..are you gonna compensate for it? I need this resolved asap!
