  I have been a loyal @airtelindia user for 11 years. ​Every year, I buy the annual recharge plan for ₹3599. ​This plan promises unlimited 5G data. ​But what is the reality? ​Even when my phone shows a 5G network, my 4G data gets used! ​As soon as my daily limit of 2GB ends, my internet stops working completely. ​Today, I had to do an extra data recharge of ₹39 just to complete my work. ​Why is Airtel doing this scam to its old customers in the name of 5G?👇

  @dream_explorer7 @airtelindia Already complained to Airtel twice, but the same issues keep happening again and again. And to make things worse, there’s no other Wi-Fi service provider available in my area either. So I’m basically stuck with Airtel despite the poor service.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence Yesterday, I was told the engineer would arrive around 3:30–4:30 PM. He didn't come. Later, I was given another time of 5:30–6:30 PM, but the issue still wasn't resolved. I was then told it would be resolved today, 13 Aug.
