    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel is the worst network. I have been complaining for a year but no one listens. Repeatedly ask me to change the settings of my phone. But all Airtel users in my area have problems. Airtel runs very fast 300 meters away from my area.

    @Utsavv2006 @Airtel_Presence Facing similar situation here, I have registered a complaint and they promised me they would fix it by 9th June. It's 10th June and @airtelindia doesn't give a single update on it.

    @mashrujeet @airtelindia Poor choice. Difficult to abandon a postpaid connection with same operator. Should have ported out into another network, say JiO Prepaid. If required, after 3 months go back to Airtel prepaid.

    I never understood why companies promote “fast customer support”. I’ve been an @airtelindia Postpaid customer since 2021 and using their WiFi for the last ~2 years. First time ever raised a WiFi shifting request and it’s been pending for the last 7 days with no resolution.

    @airtelindia Disgusting network service! Calls keep dropping and mobile internet is barely usable. Paying for a service that doesn't work properly is frustrating. Kindly fix the network issue in my area immediately or explain why customers should continue paying for poor service.
