  @airtelindia network is a mess again 😤 Barely 1 signal bar showing ‘4G’, calls keep dropping, phone goes completely out of network at times. Had to switch to WiFi . It is not FastLane and premium I pay.This needs fixing. #AirtelDown #NetworkIssue #PoorConnectivity

  @airtelindia I’m unable to watch Discovery Channel (Channel 420), even though I’ve been paying for it for the last 3 months. I’ve tried all troubleshooting steps, but it still doesn’t work Please check my subscription and restore the channel. I’m paying for a service I can’t use.

  Hey @airtelindia I have been trying to reach customer care to change my wifi router with latest one.. No one seems to understand. Are you so dumb? They raised a new connection request. Your IVR and chat bot both are absolutely useless.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @minimum recharge as such is 94/99 but it was a planned game to fleece by creating artificial crisis. Now she is not receiving calls & avoiding. I am postpaid customer with 4 other numbers of family of airtel. Why should I not port to other service provider & go to consumer court
