    On top that , I was told that Airtel will compensate for the days I haven’t used the WiFi because of the connection. Now, I am recieving messages that saying I need to pay full payment. The customer care told that she made a note for discount @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I paid ₹3,500 for a 6-month internet plan, yet my Wi-Fi is still not working. The payment has already been completed, so why hasn't the service been activated? This is completely unacceptable. I've fulfilled my part by paying the bill, and I'm still left without it

    This is next-level pathetic service from @airtelindia . My prepaid number was forced onto a postpaid plan WITHOUT having placed any such request. PATHETIC service! Now my active recharge is wasted and they say I’m stuck for 30 days? Fix this nightmare NOW @Airtel_Presence !

    @airtelindia Airtel’s "Priority Postpaid" is really bad i believe internet has to be equal for all users regardless of how much they can pay and hence both indian telecom companies are making profit . so why they do these is pure greedy behavior internet is a fundamental right

    @airtelindia @airtelcomplaint one of the worst service on chat and on WhatsApp service of dish TV. Not a single option for raise the complaint. Unable to view the channels after frequent recharges. Worst since day one Airtel.
