  Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I switched from prepaid to postpaid plan. 699+gst I am unable to add family member number ,i went to airtel store and they took otp but he was supposed to visit home for kyc but not responding now How pathetic service you have .

  Hello @airtelindia Your network service in our area is very poor. I have tried to lodge a complaint several times, but no one has listened. When I send an email, I am told to use the registered email ID, but I am unable to register my email ID in the app either.

  @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia I had a SIM, used to recharge occassionally, but they allotted my number to somebody else after I failed to recharge for a long time. Conversely, Internet Service was pathetic in those days.

  @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia But BJP wont do it for BSNL..!!! I was in Guj in 2010, when the rest of India had superfast BSNL 3G service, the BSNL's service in Guj was non-existent. I was forced to switch to Voda.
