Worst customer service provided by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. My senior citizen parents calling past 4 days and everyday getting fake promises that the technician will be at home within 4 hours. They are unable to watch TV at all. Highly disappointed.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Never apply for airtel fiber. I have been cheated, their sales person will tell you installation will be done some day or max next day. But once you pay the booking amount they will stop responding to you.

@VittalGopal @airtelindia, Sir please refer complaint No. 314679973895919. I activated Intl Roaming on 21st Feb for 10 days @2999. In Feb bill ur team charged for the same & paid. In March again they charged for 2 more days - 3rd & 4th by telling that it is automatically renewed.
