    @airtelindia Making a complaint for my new prepaid connection I have taken. Have already paid the 300 rupees you charge for new sim connection. I have taken the sim from Airtel office ,Berhampur ,Gandhinagar , Pin-760001 . Number given is 7606930462. 6 days already not activated

    @airtelindia Today I visited your service centre to port my card. 1) They asked me to pay 50 rupees. They did not give any receipt but told be that this was service charge. 2) Why is original adhaar card required If we have Xerox. Anyway there is a thumb impression. 👎

    2/2 @airtelindia Improve your service. it took 44 days for a simple port out request to complete. Cust support is inefficient. Improve your service and make work flow to resolve complaints in time bound fashion

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I hv requested too many times for the shifting of my airtel broadband. I have raised two requests. 1st on 3rd May which was not resolved by the team even after so many calls and refused to raise my new complaint. 2nd on 6 still not updated. No reply
