@JioCare your support is the worst I have ever come across. I have called your helpline thrice since yesterday but no one seems to LISTEN or understand urgency. It feels like no one cares. My SR is SR000019CBL4. @airtelindia resolved the same yesterday itself in neighbourhood.

@airtelindia @airtelindia Its day 3 without internet working from home. I am using mobile hotspot for office meetings. It's very frustrating. Support executives are directly asking for happy code without fixing the problem. Are you pushing us to opt for some other network provider?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Booked airtel extreme fiber broadband, and paid the amount 3004₹ immediately, salesperson promised that the installation will be done in next 4hrs, it’s been 1 day and still waiting, no one is receiving phone call. Excellent service @airtelindia
