    Very disappointed at the service of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. I was promised 40mbps speed at 499rs plan, but I am getting just the speed of 10mbps. I have been told to upgrade to optic fibre connection. Now they are denying me to upgrade. Landline no. 0761- 4923230

    @airtelindia using wifi recharge Rs.558 for 3gb p/day received 2.6 gb. Within 5 min of recharge called. Customercare said system showed you have consumed mobile data. Is it possible to consume wifi data n mobile data at same time. Very bad service.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence To the long pending query of mine, today i recd a call from Social Media team & the caller by name Akshar had no idea how to speak to a customer. He said they are not in a position to resolve the query & showed his helplessness

    @airtelindia @Abhinav_Bindra Poor service I think you are over saturated. I had applied for broadband and contact was quick but process they went ignoring my requests. Also I want my dth re-installed, don't know where to initiate. No response to our requests.

    I highly recommend not to use @airtelindia broadband which u sell is 40mbps but it comes 97 kbps vexed up with internet from almost 1month 2times complaint raised no one solved it, i wounder how can a big company like airtel gives cheap router without name on it khudoos, aitel🙏
