  @airtelindia I have applied for airtel broad band connection a year ago. A technician came and installed airfiber eventhough we asked for Optic fiber. My wifi speed was always below 10 Mbps even though I am paying for 100 Mbps. I want to change it to optic fiber. Please help.

  @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream remote stopped working. I already raised a complaint on the Airtel Thanks app, but there’s been no resolution. The executive now says I must pay ₹350 for a new remote. Why pay when the complaint is already raised? Please resolve this asap

  @airtelindia I am paying enough for 5G services but not getting services as expected. You guys always find problem in customer's device. Fix your own systems first. Kindly address the issue and get it resolved. Don't force me to file a complaint against you on Consumer Forum.

  @ACTFibernet The issue is still not solved. How much longer will it take for you resolve the issue? Since our new connection, we have been having at least one issue every month. Why? We are seriously considering shifting to @airtelindia

  @TRAI @airtelindia Hi, with reference to the Service Request no. 31-6953195819209 related to DND issue on your Airtel Number, we have notified & warned the telemarketer about the call/SMS reported by you. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, contact 198 or Appellate . That's it ?
