@airtelindia , my wife getting sim crash issue from last 3 months, after sending lot of mail, calling customer care, tweet etc.Noone looking into it and have no idea what to do now. As in international roaming,not able to change the connection.This is the worst experience I have!

The Airtel XStream Wifi has been down since 5PM. Had recieved a msg from airtel that the service will at 9PM. It is still down. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
