    @airtelindia I've contacted Customer Care, 121, and escalated to the Appellate Authority. If Airtel cannot explain the discrepancy between what was shown in the app and what was billed, All details are shared over email and explained to customer care .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago Hello Airtel.....seems like you are suffering from Oversubscription and that's why you are not bothered to solve customer issues which are directly proportional to value against Service. This was my biggest mistake that I had taken Airfiber connection

    @gharkekalesh @airtelindia It seems like the day our babus rejected entry of starlink, these things started to Happen. My Aunt and Some friends also facing the same issue as well. Looks like they are creating a Narrative that India needs starlink.

    Airtel often shows a 5G signal, but the actual data usage is deducted from my regular data pack as if it's running on 4G. If the network isn't truly connected to unlimited 5G, users should be clearly informed instead of displaying a misleading 5G indicator. @airtelindia
