So this is the scam being run by @airtelindia part 4: The Airtel app itself is so fuckall that you can never find useful things on it and the help section is just ludicrous! It bloody has a word limit !! And to expect a reply is to believe that pigs fly!

What the hell man?! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yesterday I recharged ₹155 on my mother's old number and still you can't active incoming & outgoing facilities, SMS service also stopped..even I tried to connect with customer care there is no way to connect with them. #fraud

So this is the scam being run by @airtelindia part 5: Apparently you need to go through the KYC process all over all again if you wish to downgrade your plan. A very smart way of cheating & misleading the customer - giving false info & making them pay extra!

@airtelindia #Airtel placed a complaint for non working of broadband, but seems like no one is looking it. It said, will be resolved by yesterday itself, till now no luck. All devices are stuck due to it.
