    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sales guy took Rs 1500 on Jun 6 for WiFi installation in Kondapur & ghosted. Called support 3x a day for 4 days, only got fake promises. 10 days, no installation. Install in 24 hrs or refund Rs 1500 so I can switch to @GoToJio. DM for phone/address.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The number given on the app for Airtel Black customer never connects,why is it given in the first place, when there is no willingness to provide customer support. Only when a new connection is taken there will be call & way too many. #badcustservice

    WTF @airtelindia since yesterday the mobile networks are unavailable or two low internet speed, and on top of that you have the audacity to push "recharge karo" notifications when I already have an active 5G plan.
