    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence today my plan has expired. After complaining several times to your customer care for very poor network in my area, i've decided to port to some other service provider. Your customer care can't solve any issue. And Airtel has the shittiest service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my intl roaming shows active on app but nt working.. Called call center from an international number, they say they cant help. I did DM on twitter where ur rep wants a local number to help.. Common sense so uncommon is it wuth ur folks??
