    Wi-Fi is down for 4 days and there's no resolution provided. There's no one to speak to in CC as well. Worst services ever @airtelindia. If I call CC, they are offering other Wi-Fi packages instead of getting someone to resolve.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , I have been an 10+ year customer of Airtel. Now I am stranded in another country without network, your network team has said my sim has suddenly turned faulty. Customer service has denied refunding my now useless international pack- which costs around Rs 4000!

    @airtelindia Very disappointed with Airtel service. Gave the correct address multiple times over the call but the executive updated it wrongly. Because of Airtel’s error my WiFi shifting got delayed again today. App doesn’t work properly, and customer support can’t follow basic instructions.

    This is plain ridiculous. Earlier i would get confirmation emails as soon as IR pack was activated. No more. Customer care is totally passive as well. Been a customer for a decade @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but I think time to port if a simple request is so painful.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Paid 1500 on 23 May for Airtel Fiber Wi-Fi connection (DAF No. 08032220086), but later technician informed that optical fiber service is not available at my location. I was asked to take wireless Wi-Fi instead, which I did not apply for. Plz refund.
