    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Day 4 of no response from either their wifi service or their customer care . So after taking my booking money they don't care about their customers. Kindly cancel my wifi and refund my money .I'm done with your service.

    Visited Airtel store once for eSIM conversion but issue still unresolved. Now being asked to travel 30 km again for the same issue. Extremely poor customer support and no cooperation from store staff. Kindly resolve this without repeated visits. #Airtel @airtelindia
