  @airtelindia Since 10 days I am not able to send sms and thus not able to register on 2 of my banking apps and 1 UPI app. Its tough to survive without digi payments. Numerous calls. No resolution from airtel. Airtel customer since 2009.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Looting customers. 2+ months of AirFiber issues, 4–5 complaints still pending, salesperson ignoring calls/messages, chatbot raising endless tickets, helpline refusing access to a human, and no cancellation option in the app. Resolve this now.

  @TrueTaleTech @airtelindia This is Indian problem. I don’t know why people become loyal to any brand as if its their own family business. You pay for services and raise question for your money’s value they provide in return. Thats all, why to become emotional in this. Choose better value for your money.

  @JioCare I am porting to Airtel. First I switched to Airtel wifi because of poor customer service from Jio .Now I will port my jio sim to Airtel @airtelindia

  @airtelindia The customer rep i called yesterday was useless. He couldnt help either. Pls assist or else you are losing my business. Kindly provide a timeline to resolve this issue
