    @airtelindia is their any difference in prepaid and postpaid service at your end like net speed or calling quality . If so i want to convert my prepaid sim into postpaid

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia after 1 month the network is getting worsen again like 5g is working like 2g majority of time and buffering alot what's happening again??

    @airtelindia Service Request # 31-1000013076197. Have been getting Zero Network connectivity at my Home premises. Zero Accountability by Airtel. Complaint raised multiple times, no support whatsoever. Atrocious service

    @airtelindia is a company that claims to offer unlimited data with a 2GB recharge. However, the truth is the opposite. Even with a 5G network show on your mobile, all your data is exhausted.

    @airtelindia In a country like Bhutan, in Dochula pass which is sitting at an elevation of 10,200 feet from sea level... I'm getting fine 4G connection with a local Sim card. But, Airtel which boasts as they are connecting India, can't resolve this network issue in Nanganallur. Have some shame @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia My complaint (Ref 31-1000013194169) is still unresolved. No network since afternoon; all family members affected, while Jio works fine. 1-hour resolution was assured but not met. During power cuts, no signal on ground floor. Resolve urgently or we will port.

    @airtelindia Is this your Airtel Black service ? My dth is not wotking from two days technitian time of visting was aloted today at 2pm but till the time no one has visited the technician called and asked for code and was try to tell give me code i will only be cisiting in 2 days

    @TRAI openly your rules are not followed by this fraud @airtelindia My recharge got over yesterday but today itself my SIM isn't working, There is no network at all, But whereas my family members phone is showing full network in airtel sim @airtelindia BIG LOOTER & FRAUD CO

    Today also request created no one came for the installation abhi yahi new wifi connection houta toh turant 30 min me aata. This is the main reason why most of the people trust Jio more then Airtel. Your customer support is the biggest flaw. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare
