    Another 24 hours passed.. all your team does is raise a SR on a daily basis and no resolution from the team My physical sim is deactivated & eSim has not been activated and is not provisioned..left stranded in between with no network for 7 days now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia The worst broadband company took my money for WiFi installation four days ago, and now no one is answering my calls, whether it's sales or installation. I'd rather switch to @jio_fiber for broadband.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence traps customers in an endless loop! Tickets are closed without fixing. Pushed to cancel my net, promised a senior engineer visit today, but Taga Ram refused to show up.Left at the mercy of incompetent third-party vendors. Fix this now or see you in consumer court

    Paying for Airtel's highest WiFi plan and getting 3 days of outage, endless complaints, and silence in return. Same building, two houses, one line works, the other doesn't. You charge interest if I'm late by a day, but there's no accountability when you fail to deliver service for days. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI 3/4 What is the point of taking full recharge money from customers when basic internet service is not working properly? I have already raised multiple complaints and still no proper solution.
