@airtelindia i payed charges for 3 months and iam suffering. There is no proper response from anyone. Engineers itself don't know what's the issue and blaming each other team. I had called Mr. Mohan Kumar, Saravanan, Solairajan, Karthikeyan. These are l the TL.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Fiber broadband connection (01111491630_dsl) is not even working for 24 hrs straight. Registering complaint daily for No Signal. Starting from being duped by your salesman in May to bi-weekly, to every alt. day & now daily issue. Its a case of FRAUD.

@airtelindia My broadband is not working since past 2 days and I've been constantly trying to reach the customer care but no reply whatsoever. I registered a complaint through airtel thanks app and it was assigned to some engineer but no calls recieved from them. Kindly help.
