@sanchityadav509 @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @airtelindia I have been complaining about the same issue since January 2020 and Airtel is least bothered to resolve it. @DoT_India Airtel is really looting money from their customers and not providing service worth of recharge amount.

I stay in Rajajinagar just 4 Km away from Vidhana Soudha even I’m facing same issue from past 4 to 5 yrs. I did file complaint many times and finally gave up @airtelindia

@ACTFibernet this is worst network I've ever seen. Even the local player like BBNL is far better. I raised ticket for slow speed (i get just 15 mbps speed vs the plan I applied for 200 mbps) you guys are closing the ticket without actually resolving it. Need help @airtelindia

I live in the center of Bangalore city and I can’t use 4g data. You guys advertise saying Airtel is India #1 4G network which is really a lie.

That way if you lose your phone or your phone is factory reset with esim wipe then you can atleast transfer to this physical sim and get back in the game. Hi have complained to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about my sim issue and they asked me to DM them. I did and they asked about my issue and I explained it to them. After that they stopped communicating. Such an unprofessional costumer service from Airtel. I will be porting soon.
