@saif_1193 @airtelindia TRAI is sleeping over the complaints. It is existing only to help the fraud companies like Jio, Airtel etc. TRAI don't even try to help people to get good network service. TRAI is nothing to do with their services

Disgusting @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged my one airtel plan 1 and a half hours ago but still my broadband services is not activated. Your customer rep says to wait for 30 mins.. it’s been 1 and a half hrs already.. still how long does it take to resume the services?

@Rebelism95 @JioCare @airtelindia Airtel is worse than Jio. We don't have any option at all. We have to die with it or don't use mobile. Both Jio and Airtel are not service providers, they are fraudsters. Both are 420 networks.

The @airtelindia customer service says zoom calls we attend are charged to our postpaid phone bill if the host is in another country and you are levied ISD rates. Isn't that really sweet? Well I didn't attend any such call so how do they explain overbilling me?

@airtelindia Most shittest telecom service provider. I recharged with few days left in my previous 1gb/day plan. So I recharged with other 379₹ plan with unlimited calls but no daily net in advance to get the new plan in queue, but instead of that they started it immediately without asking.
