Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. They say your reason is not valid.. so you can stop taking there service when you satisfy them on terms that they decide.. I have to get hold of a person physically at airtel store .. and still it took me 2 hrs to get my disconnection approved.
