    @SumitResearch @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sumitbhai..personal experience..dont expect much..I have struggled a lot with their service . you will only get charged for bill payment delay if any..even if they don't send you bill..or their billiing system does not work on due dates..also they don't visit after many reminder.
