  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your service is absolutely unacceptable. I raised an address-change request on 24 Aug for my Airtel Black connection (Postpaid Mobile + Internet + IPTV), with a confirmed appointment for 26 Aug, 8:30–11:00 AM. The appointment has come and gone, and
