    You're customer support number doesn't let you connect to a human. The IVR will spin you in circles and then cut the call automatically. Why are you making life difficult? Just have a human being call me and help me resolve this matter. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear airtel i am a postpaid family plan user and i pay 1199+taxes as you have increased prices, but service remain degraded, no support! I have been complaining about internet from almost a year, internet is dead slow!!

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    @airtelindia Airtel Fiber was never up for me and many residents in my neighborhood. You are only providing 2Mbps copper connection at Jeevanbhima Nagar, Bangalore. We are following up since 3+ years and your team has only one answer - "Coming Soon". #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia New Extreme box fails within 3 months. As a replacement under warranty, I got the Refurbished one. @Airtel_Presence .Do you get an old car if your new car broke down which is under warranty??

    @airtelindia do you need a decade now to resolve my issue. It is literally a harrasment which I am facing now. An issue to get resolved should not take more than 24-48 hrs to resolve but it's been more than 7 months now.

    horrible service @airtelindia. spent an hour applying for postpaid and the team says it got cancelled. no email, no reason, no refund - the team says I did not accept the popup for esim. there was no popup. hours wasted in coordination

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews how come the initial complaints were resolved in 2-3 hours and now they are asking 48 hours to visit. Customer care cuts the call in between when asked to close all 5 connections when wifi down 2nd time in 3 days.

    @airtelindia mobile data is not stable, using 4g and 5g both, every time need to sit at window only, wifi is stopped working, assigned a engineer and will come 20hrs later. Its been more than 3 hrs red lights are showing only,Why should i wait for 20hrs to resolve the issue?
