@drshamamohd @airtelindia Shama, even though you talk about a lot of nonsense these days but here I agree with you. Airtel customer care service has become arrogant and doesn't care about customers'pain. They are losing big time to Jio.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Amazon Prime renewed via Airtel today, got SMS, but Prime, Alexa & Music not working all day. 1st support call was rude, 2nd raised Ticket #11019698441. 20 yrs with Airtel & no fix yet! Your tagline says “We won’t stop…” — please prove it! 🙏
