    @airtelindia Xtreme services are worsening with frequent outages, LOS, slow network speed and what not. A total of 36+ hrs alone in this month the service wasn't available. How exactly are going to compensate for those maintenance breakdowns bcoz it costs us money..

    has been no meaningful support from customer care or the Airtel Store at Sangvi. I have three Airtel connections and did not expect such poor customer service. I request immediate intervention from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence before I proceed with the NCH.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Do you have any solution for the people who want your air filter connection but there is no nearby tower in range of 1 Km. Due to this reason I can't get your Airfiber connection as your representative said there is no Tower near you in 700M.

    @airtelindia Ur airtel service is as pathetic as it can get. Despite of me surrendering the equipment 7 month ago, u guys have constantly generated bill and no body even bothers to call from ur side.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia How does it make any sense to tell a customer on July 17 that their internet will be fixed by July 8? The deadline passed nine days ago, yet there is no update, no agent, no escalation path, and no accountability.
