    @airtelindia What is more disappointing is that senior officials have repeatedly made false promises regarding resolution timelines and have shown a very casual approach towards customer concerns. This level of service is unacceptable.

    Dear @airtelindia, I subscribed to Airtel Xstream Fiber nearly 16 May 2026, and for the last 3 days my internet service has been completely down. The router has been showing a continuous red light, and I have had no internet connectivity during this period.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Worst Airtel wifi service a Complaint No 11031229616 was raised 3 days ago. Despite 6–7 calls to customer care and repeated assurances that the issue would be resolved within 4 hours, more than 50+ hours have passed with no resolution and no proper update
