    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I fed up with one problem of my network operator. If it will not be sorted out, I will have to move somewhere. When I call somewhere, my network changes from VoLTE to 2G or 3G, and the calling quality becomes very poor. VOLTE network is not stable.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I would rate 10/10 for messing basics. Your customer service works at snail speed. Given that I use enterprise solution, all our bankings are attached to it and everything is on hold. For sure porting to @reliancejio as soon as I get network in sim.

    I womder what kind of a chat support you guys have on the airtel thanks app. It is a useless chat bot. It is so irritating to raise a complaint. Can you help me with the number for airtel broadband complaint from non airtel number @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, why is your service so pathetic. I live in Hyderabad and in a city not suburbs. Still I don't get connectivity. Neither for 4g nor for calling (call keeps breaking). Even after multiple complaints, ticket gets closed n no resolution.

    To Team Airtel, It is highly diappointing to experience abrupt SIM block. And then the verification proceas has takwn more than 3 days. Been an airtel customer for Last 14 years, but such an experience gives a doubt to continue the same. @airtelindia #simblock
