    1/4 Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, after repeated escalation, my Wi-Fi was finally installed. But the issue is still not resolved. My Airtel Black connection now appears downgraded from the expected 300 Mbps to around 40 Mbps.

    @airtelindia Hi, I want to upgrade my DTH setup box to IPTV box. From airtel app there is no option to upgrade. No proper channel to reach your customer care as well. I am airtel black customer. Can you guide how to get it done?

    @airtelindia - I have been raising an Airtel Fiber complaint for the last 2 months in the Mathura–Vrindavan area (Uttar Pradesh), but your TSM and distributor Bhavya Enterprises (owner Sachin Gupta) keep closing requests using IDs of engineers who left Airtel long ago.

    @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia That works if you get a 5G signal in so called big cities lol. Complained so many times...been an Airtel postpaid user since 2014...but sadly @Airtel_Presence doesn't give a **** about it. Been complaining since 2019 but nothing happened lol.

    @airtelindia He advised us to contact the area distributor, Manoj. We called him and asked for someone to assist us and provide a timeline. However, he firmly stated that we need to either wait or disconnect the service. We are very frustrated with this poor service;
