    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My airtel Xstream fibre speed and ping is so slow. That it is giving me ping of 45 and speed of 50mbps while I have a plan of 300mbps.

    @airtelindia is ur 5g a real 5g ? or is it 2g wrapped with 5g label.. y bcoz, using 5g here to view videos, scrolling pages is good, but playing video content ur network is not helping are u truly 5g @TRAI any help from u here on above.

    For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 12+ days and my Wi-Fi issue is still unresolved. Absolutely the worst service experience! Every time I contact customer care, I’m told to “wait 1 day” or “wait 2 days,” with no actual resolution. #pathetic #harrasment
