    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My airtel Xstream fibre speed and ping is so slow. That it is giving me ping of 45 and speed of 50mbps while I have a plan of 300mbps.

    Hello @airtelindia,@Airtel_Presence My phone shows a 5G network while I am at home, but my 4G data keeps getting consumed continuously. This issue does not happen outdoors. If 5G is active, why is my 4G data still being used? Please check the network issue and provide a solution.

    Airtel has the worst customer support and service of all time! Such callous and rude behaviour for such a big company is appalling ! With no resolution from customer service , this has been the most infuriating process! @airtelindia
