    Hi @airtelindia I have tried multiple times to convert my physical airtel SIM to eSIM. Each time I follow the procedure: Send message to 121, reply with 1 and then there is no consent call. Instead I get a message saying Airtel tried to call me and failed. I never got a call.

    You guys don't know the value of a sim card now a days. Service means provideing good network or good internet speed is not. it means value for customer because of u guys neglegence I lost 60k wait for some time I will post everything @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia The message also says to call 56565 to manually consent - when dialed, I get "The number is invalid" response. Please Help..
