I hv registered same req. twice with @airtelindia in past 96 hours - moving 2 floors down in same bldg and need them to move my cxn there,2 complaint # with assured 24 hour closure. NO FOLLOW-UP from them so far. @Airtel_Presence has gone from bad to worse!Alternate recos in BLR?

@airtelindia Worst ever customer service I have experience ever. Raised 8 complaints plus email to AP appellate to solve network issues but still not solved. Pathetic support to customer who holds the sim for 14 years... It's not #airtelcares more like who cares. Pathetic!!!!!!!!

My Internet speed is 18Mbps. @airtelindia The speed I am getting on Airtel Fibre Broadband today. A daily issue. Only 2 devices connected. None downloding any huge data. Not going to pay this month's bill if this continues. My Broadband ID is 017256169518_dsl
