I purchased @Airtel_Presence Android box 2 years back. it's remote stopped working and technician is saying this remote has issue because of bluetooth connectivity so u need to buy new set-up box..such a poor thing @airtelindia u should replace it for free!

@airtelindia I had port my jio number 8896209777(UP East) to Airtel (Bihar/jharkhand) Last night my jio network lost but I had inserted my airtel Sim yet no n/w show as well as when I had call my 8896209777 then told me temporary out of service Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

@airtelindia I have file a complaint about my fiber on 26 Aug. Today is 28 Aug, there is no contact from your side to me. Last time my problem solved after 11 days. In first 10 days I have tried all mode of contact but no response from side. Same is start again. Very poor service
