@airtelindia the network is not available on the current location. It’s a national lockdown and can’t use your services pls look into it. At some spot network is Reciving. Pls have a look can’t change service provider

@Airtel_Presence No resolution still and my area is Chennai, Vengaivasal, Veerabadhra Nagar 8th Street, Pin: 600100. Service engineers are coming and going. Still, there is no resolution on this. Make the bill as 0 for entire street for this month because issue for last 15 days. @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I pray to all ladies and gentlemen involved in Airtel Icon on TV sets to fix up the issue of Icon disappearing frequently. Elders at home have a problem with the icon disappearing from all televisions at home. They can't move easily.

My parents, who are senior citizens, living in Pune have been thoroughly disappointed with Airtel broadband service. They and I have made a number of complaints, but we have received no service. The Airtel engineers haven’t kept their appointment even once. @indiapmo @airtelindia

@airtelindia i just went to ladakh and was told that your company provides the best network there. So i bought a postpaid number just for the trip, but now i am being forced to use it for 4 months, and pay for it as well. Why am I being forced to use it for 4 months?
