    @airtelindia the network is not available on the current location. It’s a national lockdown and can’t use your services pls look into it. At some spot network is Reciving. Pls have a look can’t change service provider

    @laddha97 @airtelindia @airtelnews #AirtelDown I'm on Airtel Black plan. My Airtel Broadband (No Fibre in Ahmedabad!!!) was down last month for more than 7 days. Whn contacted they suggested me to cancel all my linked connections if I can't wait till the service resumed. Taken a Jio Fibre for back up.

    @JioCare It has been 3 days since this issue was raised and no one has contacted us to resolve the issue. Moving all the 20 enterprise connections to @airtelindia and ditching @reliancejio #poorcustomerservice #jio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You people have increased the tarrif plans rate and your network is really disgusting in rural areas, just enhance the network quality as you increased the rates. Pathetic service.

    If you live in CR Park with an @airtelindia mobile connection, DO NOT give your number as emergency contact for anything or anyone. No one will ever be able to reach you. Get a @vodafonein1 number instead!

    @airtelindia My internet is not properly working since 15 days I live in Basrehar etawah UP, I call 198 but no option available to reach customer care.I don't accept so bad services provided by airtel. Please resume customer care. increase price poor service
