    @airtelindia I paid for an airtel Xtreme fiber connection,as i was using Airtel Postpaid so that billing will be under one roof. I had paid for the 3 months advance on 14 April 2023 But somehow the connection is not installed yet and the local service guy was not answering.

    @airtelindia the network is not available on the current location. It’s a national lockdown and can’t use your services pls look into it. At some spot network is Reciving. Pls have a look can’t change service provider

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I made a recharge in my account using Airtel thanks app but money was deducted twice due to their app glitch and still the customer care is giving me an excuse to not refund my extra amount as they have credited that in main balance.

    @airtelindia though you're in 5G & I'm wishing you all the success. But, check 4G also, even in Delhi some locations like DDA flats, Kalkaji having a very poor network.

    @airtelindia - Happy Diwali , I am old customer of Airtel , when I was new customer & installed the dish your team confirm me that there is no relocation charges but when I actually changed location within city they charged me for that.Can you look in this for change the feeling.
