    @airtelindia I paid for an airtel Xtreme fiber connection,as i was using Airtel Postpaid so that billing will be under one roof. I had paid for the 3 months advance on 14 April 2023 But somehow the connection is not installed yet and the local service guy was not answering.

    @airtelindia the network is not available on the current location. It’s a national lockdown and can’t use your services pls look into it. At some spot network is Reciving. Pls have a look can’t change service provider

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have switched off Wifi Calling and VOLTE to see if it improves calling experience. I'm also Jio user and don't face same problem.

    @airtelindia I contacted airtel customer service with the request to disconnect my broadband service. Since then i have received almost 10-15 calls asking me for the reason to discontinue and still i have not received any confirmation regarding the same. Please look into this.

    @reliancejio may have managed to hog customers by money power and fooling them with low tariffs but the service is nowhere near to @airtelindia . not even close !! Their customer care is bloody arrogant. Don't even reply to the emails. The social media team replies after ages.
