    @airtelindia There is huge delay every time I request OTP generation while using any service(s). Why? Mostly I recieve the OTP after the OTP expiration windo is reached. Please fix this. It is really annoying!

    @Airtel_Presence I have been calling the customer care for movement of my broadband. It was supposed to be done yesterday but there is no response till now. Everytime i am getting a response that we are on it. Please look into this ASAP. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No Signal since morning, tried all the possible troubleshoots. Happens after you guys increased the Tariff as if it's a premium service making me buy 365 days plan just a week ago! Feel horrible to be Airtel customer. Such bad service still expensive

    @airtelindia I have ported my number from #Airtel to #BSNL way back in 2017 and paying bills regularly to BSNL. Suddenly BSNL stopped the service without any intimation and informed when enquired that some amount is due to Airtel. Is it the way to stop service abruptly?
