  It's a crime to opt for @airtelindia broadband plans. I have never seen such levels of spam in my entire life. Once you stop recharging they make your life hell.

  Also, there was ZERO warning — no SMS, no call — before hitting this 300GB cap. Found out only after contacting customer care, which was no help either. Speeds just dropped to 80kbps on a “premium” plan. This isn’t transparency, it’s misleading. @airtelindia respond. @TRAI

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not acceptable @airtelindia Dont you have any SLA's? Internet went off at 5am 29Apr & you resolve by 4pm 30 Apr? Loss of 2 full work days. This is happening in the most prime area of #Pune. No engineers available to address the issue. Really sad state of affairs. Unbelievable.

  . @airtelindia Request 4 fiber tv connection on 22 Apr 2026 ws raised & I paid 500/- on the same day. I ws told i will get a call within 4 hrs bt no-one called. I called 121 on 23rd, 29 Apr but no help arrived. Today is 30 Apr still no response. mob no. 9767572512 Any ETA??

  Hello i want to inform that i am experiencing very worst service from @airtelindia even I didn’t get the minimum network for calling or receiving any calls after calling to Airtel customer care they also can’t receive my voice and many try i got only 2 point signal on my phone
