    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really disappointed in the service and product of your Xtreme fibre connection, took a airtel black recently in Hyderabad without worrying about reviews because of trust, but it is proving to be the worst connection i have experienced. not stable 😞

    @airtelindia airtel customer care do miss selling with customer .I have use posped 399/ bt airtel customer change my plan in airtel black I have call many times customer care bt not change my plan . This is not good for customer be care full . Today I have pay 1418 .

    @airtelindia very very poor customer service. Putting ads alone won’t do good, you guys have to attend your customers properly. Please don’t give false promises if you can’t keep up what’s said to customers. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

    @airtelindia - Applied for broadband connection. But no response recieved even after 3 days. Even, there is no support email id of nodal officer existing for Odisha. Kindly provide support.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence..Hi, your transaction ID for Airtel Prepaid to Airtel Postpaid migration is 21-4028126589728. Your request will be completed within 24 hours. It is done by mistake. Kindly cancel the Postpaid plan. And active my old Prepaid plan.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #Airtel I bought sim card which i am not able to use it's consistently showing no network.. the Airtel store at Andheri didnt wrote my Number on sim packet properly can't use my new sim since a month Customer service has no optn for personal talk.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Third class service from Airtel Broadband. The service is disrupted for past 36 hours and repeated calls to customer care, only false promises made by them and their executives Narendra +917003835752 and Debi +918448196991.
