  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about 3 month my dongle sim got deactivated suddenly. Today my postpaid sim stopped suddenly & both times I was told to replace sim,which can be done only at airtel stores which is around 150km from my location. totally pathetic service by #airtel.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I had a broadband which I have disconnected last month and had a payment due. When I try to make that payment it shows me another bill stating the account is active. Customer care is worst when they don't understand the issue at all.
