For @airtelindia broadband connection, there is no synchronization between company's promotional messages and local representatives' understanding. It's a loss of valuable time and customer for the company. Need to work on customer support well.

@Amritpa37145568 @airtelindia They have not started cheating people by making false promises now, when I asked for terminating my connection somebody from customer service on call told that they are waiving off the shifting charges due to long time taken and now they have applied it my bill

@airtelindia My brother had already complained regarding network issues but no action taken. Your signal is the worst even though we live in a city. Maybe a change in network would be my solution. Seriously your Ad campaign couldn't keep up with basic standards.#Worstnetworkever

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hon. Supreme Court and HC have given many judgement where if the neighbour have issue with mobile tower then action should be taken. Also MBMC have passed the rule to remove all mobile tower in such situation how a new installation is possible.
