@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My SIM is detected by the phone and shows Airtel, but it is showing Emergency calls only and cannot register on the network. I tested the SIM in both slots, and another Airtel SIM works normally in the same phone. Please check and help.

@airtelindia @Airtel You have really done injustice to customer by pushing incompetent chatbots rather putting human customer care. The email I got from airtel shop again has bot responding. My phone recharge deducted money and for 3 days it's still not resolved. Can someone help.

@Airtel_Presence After my repeated complaints, an engineer named Manish Vohra called me and stated that there was nothing wrong with my connection on his end. I informed him that the router is the root cause and must be replaced. He hung up. The problem persists. 1087 @kiran_stories @airtelindia

@ViNewsOfficial Vi needs to come up with an economical plan or seperate ₹300–400/year plan just to keep the SIM active. A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.
