@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I started my connection on 02.04.2023 and get it disconnected on 06.04.2023 due to worst internet service, as per your sale executive setu Anand told that the ₹1500 is refundable but your customer executive told it's not , they are giving false and misleading information to me

@airtelindia should not sell 4G and 5G if their customer care speed is not even 1G . Biggest problem of having less players in important field of communication . 8 days have passed by Airtel & they r not giving any solution .Their what's app chat responds once in 3 days

@airtelindia, promises to solve every problem but actually they are the problems themselves! The leadership does the marketing and no action is taken at the bottom level! Because my wifi doesn't work 3 days a week and customer care hung the phone by saying technical error! (1)
