    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been 4/5 days my both Incoming & Outgoing calls stopped as well as Incoming & Outgoing messages. Can't contact the customer care through call. Kindly look into this matter and solve the issue ASAP.

    Dear @MyGate_com and @airtelindia please sort whatever you guys have between you but fix this approval issue.. when fone is cnecred to airtel wifi .. not able to approve the entries but on airtel mobile data it works just fine !

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Services @airtelindia you send bills on time, if one doesn't pay.. you make multiple calls but when it comes to service issue , no response. Worst internet services.

    @Airtel_Presence Issue finally resolved, but only after visiting 9 Airtel stores and the Apple Store multiple times. Some Airtel staff said no LAN, some said server issue, others blamed Apple. Apple said it was Airtel’s issue. Airtel finally accepted it was their issue and fixed @airtelindia

    @airtelindia contacted Airtel support clearly stated that I would not opt for ₹698/day when a ₹133 + GST pack was available. I was assured that the matter would be reviewed and adjusted on billing. However, upon receiving my bill, I was charged for two packs—₹3999 and ₹2999

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, if this is the level of service you're going to provide, it would honestly be better to stop selling SIMs altogether. One complaint hasn't been resolved for 3 months straight. This is not service, it's negligence.
