@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been 4/5 days my both Incoming & Outgoing calls stopped as well as Incoming & Outgoing messages. Can't contact the customer care through call. Kindly look into this matter and solve the issue ASAP.

Having a bad experience with @airtelindia broadband services, I registered request on 21-July to transfer my connection to new address on 24-July, I was ensured that it will be done within 24 hours, but it's been 5 days today and I am still waiting for the connection to done.

I am user of airtel fiber in Patna, had complained about issues with internet unstability, wifi range and server error for some services on 22/07/2021(SR: 134369334) but till date i don't get any resolutions, this is how your service are better from other @airtelindia ?

When I call 121 the customer care they said that they’ll call within 24hrs but they don’t keep up their words. I’ve been using since 2017. This is Disgusting @airtelindia @airtelnews

Hey @airtelindia I want to change my physical airtel sim to eSIM. Tried sending msg to 121 but says registered email is not correct. Updated and verified mail id in airtel app. Still facing the same issue. Please proved a resolution asap
