    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been 4/5 days my both Incoming & Outgoing calls stopped as well as Incoming & Outgoing messages. Can't contact the customer care through call. Kindly look into this matter and solve the issue ASAP.

    @airtelindia what pathetic after sales service. I have lodged a complaint regarding airtel wifi on 18 April and as per your resolution schedule it has to be resolved by 20 April by 9 am but no engineer visit to check the problem 11028709227 complaint id

    @airtelindia hey! I'm a fiber consumer and in my plan a free subscription of Airtel xstream is added, but for some I can't seem to cancel that subscription and I'm getting notifications that I'll be charged extra for this. Let me just cancel the subscription

    As expected, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence continues to ‘escalate my issue’ and delaying any resolution. Funniest thing is I get calls from a number only to get hung up on, and I get a msg that my issue is resolved. They I’ve to manually reopen the case and.. rinse repeat!! Wow!

    @airtelindia worst ever customer support and wifi service plan. Giving false update to customers.Even after multiple emails and follow not able to claim my OTT benefits as mention in the plan .Its really frustrating and irritating that companies likes are openly doing fraud
