    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence May I know why can't a sim card be swapped without the physical presence of the owner ? what if My mom is disabled and she cannot visit a store her number cannot be swapped ? Bad experience

    @airtelindia My Airtel broadband connection frequently gets disconnected in my area the engineer visits and fixes it temporarily and again the problem repeats . This is height of ignorance from Airtel Patna (Bihar) team . Pathetic service . The engineers are ignorant.
