Now you are pulling this cheap nonsense. You are saying unlimited data does not apply if I use hotspot tethering. This is outright deception and fraud with your customer. I will not tolerate this.🤬🤬 Take back this ridiculous restriction immediately. Restore the full unlimited benefits I paid for or get ready to see me in court. I have all the proof: plan details, advertisements, and your own promises. Fix this right now, or I will make sure this becomes a very expensive and embarrassing lesson for Airtel.

While the WiFi was activated, the TV service has still not been installed and started, yet I have been billed for both services and called customer care so many times and called the person who booked the connection.

My Case: I took an overseas package for 1 month and got billed twice in an interval of 1 minute. My bank auto-paid both. It took me 1 month to convince them to refund the duplicate payment. Next, the 1-month package did not work at all wasted time making it work, but no luck. They charged more at the international rate for two days, as my phone was on even after the expiry of the package. On return, I asked them to look into the case and give me the details of the usage, if any, but today they have sent me the bill which was auto-paid, plus the addition for 2 days, plus the rental charges twice with a request to pay. This is problem solving for Airtel for a loyal customer.
