Latest Speedtest: 37.95 Mbps download | 89.11 Mbps upload | 50 ms ping, and this is not AirFiber. As an Airtel Black customer, this level of service is extremely disappointing. Please escalate this to the technical team, investigate the root cause, and provide a permanent resolution. Meanwhile Airtel has significantly increased their monthly pack charges, and I'm not able to use their 5G service, because network is unavailable. Pathetic.
