@airtelindia @TRAI When One have Paid the Cost & Installation Charges for Set Top Box, why Can not watch Free Channels if not recharged the connection. I think Free to Air channel must not be Stopped by any service provider.

@airtelindia Team, I replaced my SIM at a Airtel store today because my SIM suddenly lost network and I had to pay Rs 150 for the replacement. I told them that the customer care said to pay Rs 25 for the service. However, they said either pay 150 or they will not provide the SIM?
