@airtelindia @TRAI When One have Paid the Cost & Installation Charges for Set Top Box, why Can not watch Free Channels if not recharged the connection. I think Free to Air channel must not be Stopped by any service provider.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what’s the point in having xtreme Fiber connection from Airtel when the internet service is down every now & then & it takes Airtel to rectify the issue in 48 hours after multiple follow ups. 2 days work wasted but I guess it doesn’t matter to Airtel

Quite frustrating to deal with @airtelindia DTH customer care. My monthly plan of Rs. 399 for xtreme box is not activated even after two days of paying for it and calling them multiple times in between. Quite pathetic situation !!

@nimittbhatt @airtelindia @AirtelPresence Finally solved this issue myself. Insert ur sim to any android device. In android setting go to sim and add your number under phone number. Save it and remove your sim. Place sim into your iPhone, now you can see phone number populated under my number. Activate imessage again.

It been more than 3 time from 1oct to 5 oct your xstream service is stopped and now it's been more than 24 hours no resolution of my problem and no support or assist provide from your side. I request please take you service back i dont want this disgusting service @airtelindia
