@airtelindia @TRAI When One have Paid the Cost & Installation Charges for Set Top Box, why Can not watch Free Channels if not recharged the connection. I think Free to Air channel must not be Stopped by any service provider.

@airtelindia No Internet connection since two days, and this is a recurring issue at least once a month. We lose 4-5 days of Internet usage every month because of some stupid issue. This is getting really inconvenient. Sincere request to resolve the issue ASAP.
