    @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Hey you jio company.... just simply **** off okay, coz in your jio pur 50% of data is getting used so early. i don't know how but Airtel Is far Better Than Jio & Ambanis Yuh peoples just simply **** off.     @airtelindia @TRAI When One have Paid the Cost & Installation Charges for Set Top Box, why Can not watch Free Channels if not recharged the connection. I think Free to Air channel must not be Stopped by any service provider.

    My broadband is down since morning. Airtel has very poor customer service. The last time this happened, it took 2-3 days for fixing the issue. I don't think that I would be able to continue my connection if this problem occurs so, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia solve it ASAP.

    @airtelindia I recharged and the pack has 2 GB data, I had a previous balance of 1.5 GB data valid 7 days logically the previous pack should be used first but Airtel has a wonderful system when I spoke to the customer service I was told that the new pack would be used up first

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why don't you provide your technicians with laptops when they come to fix issues? Each time they ask us for laptops with ethernet cable port. No laptop manufacturers provide that anymore
