As I didn't recharge that number it got deactivated, I visited airtel store, contacted customer care but got no help. The other number I mentioned in the DM multiple times and discussed in the call is the one I’m currently facing an issue with and haven’t added to the family plan yet. I’m not sure why it’s taking so long for this issue to be resolved.
