Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , Again I'm facing the same issue. While I'm in a call sometimes 2 to 3 sec's I couldn't hear voice of others. Why this happening to me? I recharged annual pack. I'm using Airtel form 8 yrs. FYI I'm in a strong signal zone. Solve my issue.

@airtelindia I brought your Airtel Xstream Box and from the day facing hang and lag while operating. Remote is so useless, doesn’t respond at all while using Volumn up & down. It takes 15-20 to boot up. I want 100% free replacement of device with remote

@Airtel_Presence Was there any progress? I know your team has done the survey twice and they also confirmed your network point is within 50 mtr radius and instead of 4G you're serving people with 2G in this area but any resolution.. any plan to fix?? @TRAI @airtelindia
