@airtelindia never seen such a worse customer service to link my email id it will take 7 days it seems in jio app if I do its just done within seconds. First the customer care registered with the wrong email id to remove the email id it will take 1 week and to register again it

@Airtel_Presence I am honestly considering porting my entire families connections to another service provider. There are 6 sim-cards on my family plan and based on this experience, I don't see any point in sticking around with @airtelindia any longer.

@vijayrmp @airtelindia He doesn't care!! Too big a company and too big a business. If he did, either he or someone from his team would have been promptly managing the Twitter complaints. It seems they block certain customer ids.

@airtelindia @airtelindia your customer service is pathetic and it requires minimum 3 minutes to reach to a support executive through ivr. my issue is not addressed for 7 days now and no ticket also getting raised by CS.
