    @airtelindia My mobile data is stuck around 100 kbps on 4G/5G despite having active postpaid data. Network reset done. Another Airtel SIM works fine on same phone. Looks like eSIM/data provisioning issue. Please fix urgently.

    @airtelindia I have been your customer from 2007 your service has degraded to the worst levels in years. 1. Difficult to talk to a customer service agent using 198. 2. On field assigned engineers doesnt respond to calls or texts. 3. No adherence to service time lines agreed.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia everyday the techincian promises to visit and complete the work but never arrives! Really fed up your apologise dont mean anything, right? When are you going to address the issue and your team if formed by now can do something about the issue
