sahil (@SSahil007patel) reportedDear @airtelindia, you should seriously shut down your customer care services because they’re absolutely useless. Total waste of time. I’m tired of dealing with you guys. And on top of that, I can’t even cancel my WiFi subscription by myself. What kind of nonsense is this?

Sukesh Poojary (@sukesh_tpoojary) reported@Airtel_Presence .@airtelindia, this issue is not isolated to my number or handset—it affects the entire area. Since COVID, I’ve logged repeated complaints, all auto-closed or deleted with zero resolution, which is why I eventually gave up. You already have my number—please check the history.

Rajnish Bhaskaran (@rjnishbhaskaran) reported@airtelindia - I’ve been an Airtel postpaid customer for over 6 years and have been repeatedly reaching out via email to remove an unused data-only add-on number from my family plan. Unfortunately, I keep receiving the same generic responses instead of an actual resolution.
