    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India This is to inform you that since I am facing network issue problem as well as internet issue in my location (Godda,Jharkhand) from last more than 50 days. I have also complained to customer care so many times regarding my issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence KYC, payment evrythng ws done and then you simply deactivate my A/c & cancel my order. I DM'ed evrythng and yet nothing. This kind of impression you're creating? Prabir ghosh (sales) gives fake promise and airtel saves him by deactivating my A/c.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Have shared my number on your DM. Just to highlight I have raised multiple complaints since last 5 months but your system doesn't keep log of more than 1 month! All complaints just marked resolved without any resolution! This is pathetic customer service.

    @VittalGopal It been not even a month since I took @airtelindia connection I'm facing a connectivity issue. And Also there is no proper update or response from your engineer. And Your support will promise within 24hrs resolution but my issue ticket # 10067071616 has crossed 24hr

    @airtelindia - It's so annoying that we have to call several times to cancel my broadband connection and your team keeps cancelling the request without even bothering to call back and check whether I want to continue or not. I am going to the consumer forum now

    @airtelindia We put request for static IP on 18th July Order no 21-23465266196 but still not any resolution your executive Chandra Shekhar +91 92893 54480 give false commitment to us. Our Airtel extreme fiber id is 01244300509 in the name of Nirmaan Trade Group Kindly resolve.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet not working for the last 15 hours. Raised the request with SR No.10067321331. No updates. It was supposed to be resolved by 1500 hrs today. Kindly look into it ASAP.
