    @airtelindia why do you make it so hard to reach out to customer care representative who is human ? I had to watch YouTube/reddit to know how to speak to customer support human agent . Try to improve ur customer support which is PUZZLE and NIGHTMARE

    @airtelindia I have logged a complaint with for customer service department and its been more than 1 month that I am not able to receive amy calls on my number and even I am not getting any kind of text message every-time the complaint gets closed without any resolution

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s a DISGRACE to be associated with you and your network . You don’t take accountability for helping me shift my fiber internet which was raised from April 9th . Till now there is no response nor action taken . When I decide to cancel . Part 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia most pathetic service provider. Entire systems look’s down in Wagholi, Pune. Wifi, mobile, landline everything is down from last few hours. This keep happening every other week
