    @airtelindia I am going 2 port my sim to @JioCare if my network issue is not resolved in 48 hours. This is the last airtel sim in a family of 20. @JioCare please confirm if my pack can be carried forward if i port my sim to Jio.

    @airtelindia I have not used my DTH for the last 3 months and I am still being charged for the services. To top it all my outgoing calls were suspended. Inspite of repeated requests my bills are being generated Tried calling customer care and to deactivate from Airtel app nothing works

    Really Pathetic Customer Service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after stopping International Roaming by calling on 121 last month,sending bill with IR charges again.Talking to customer care is really frustrating. Porting is last resort.Hope @JioCare serves better.

    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw The office building in Andheri East which houses 300plus employees facing serious issue of network on Airtel ; when the admin contacted Airtel team the response was this is due to 5G ? Unbelievable a suggestion given was to migrate to another network

    I don't like to use your Airtel app and till date I have never received any invoice on my registered email id also. Didn't know @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hires goons to do recovery for invoice not even delivered to me.

    Hey, @airtelindia and @IRCTCofficial . Thanks for placing ads with "book now" buttons on the train booking page that take you to Airtel instead of payments page. Thanks to this, I've lost my tatkal booking and had to cancel important trip.

    Ending my 15 years relationship with @airtelindia just because the authorised service center in Goa has run out of Sim Cards and has asked to come after 5 days to collect new SIM. Service center running out of SIM card which is the basic element - shame.

    When will @airtelindia improve their service Internet keeps on disconnecting frequently then what’s the use of wifi ? Your customer service is worst technician never arrives on time keeps on delaying. Your support on call doesn’t solve problem even though they can.

    @airtelindia I have been repeatedly complaining about my Wi-Fi issues for the past week. Despite receiving multiple messages from Airtel stating that an engineer has been assigned, no engineer has visited or contacted me so far. Extremely frustrating experience.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Paid advance for a new Airtel Fiber connection after being assured Fiber was available.After payment,I was informed Fiber is not feasible n was pushed towards AirFiber.I want the application cancelled n advance refunded.C Care has been unable to help

    @airtelindia Very disappointing experience with Airtel. Visited an Airtel Store for prepaid-to-postpaid migration and was assured activation would be completed today. However, it is still pending, and there has been no response to my DM. Poor service and unfulfilled commitments.
