    So #Vodafone Idea @ViCustomerCare won't allow customers to call on any 10 Digit Helpline Numbers including Phone Banking, if they are on Unlimited Calls and Data Pack/plan. However there are no issues with @airtelindia and @_reliancejio That's why Vodafone is losing in India

    Hey @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence - I made an advance payment of 12 months for your 300 Mbps Fiber connection in Feb 22, and yet I've been sent a bill 2 months in advance of my plan expiry. On contacting your customer service helpline, I'm receiving incoherent responses.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hi team , I recharged my DTH of Rs 320 and I got to know that Rs 25 deducted instead of 10 . Kindly check and refund my 15 to my DTH account. Why unnecessary amount deduction happened, This is not acceptable from one of reputed service provider .

    @airtelindia One of the worst experiences ever, I've been trying to upgrade my broadband speed from 300mbps to 1gbps, for which I've had to make 30-40 phone calls to their customer service and speak with 5-6 supervisors to escalate the issue, but still no progress 😤😤😤

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence there is no option to deactivate or remove broadband service/account on your app?! No one lives at that place and no internet is being used, all the pending bills before that have been cleared! How can you forcefully keep a customer's account

    @airtelindia I have not used my DTH for the last 3 months and I am still being charged for the services. To top it all my outgoing calls were suspended. Inspite of repeated requests my bills are being generated Tried calling customer care and to deactivate from Airtel app nothing works

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence everytime I upgrade my phone which are iPhones they always struggle to register my airtel number for iMessage and FaceTime. What could the issue be ? And finally it registers after like few weeks which is weird but Jio gets registered instantly

    @airtelindia Pathetic service of Airtel continues. Customer for last 20 years. Still Request for wifi re installation pending for 20 days. Numerous calls made. No one to attend on flimsy grounds as Airtel doesn’t get money for reinstallation. Feel like moving away. Just pathetic.

    I think @airtelindia has the worst dnd service. Even after registering for complete dnd in the app and official @TRAI app, I still receive a minimum of 8-9 spam calls everyday. On the other hand the same service in jio is working perfectly. Don't know where it's going wrong.
