    @reliancejio just on-boarded to Jio fiber last Saturday and within 2 days your router started playing up and now do not want to broadcast wireless (mainly 2.4ghz). can't handle such issues in long term. would prefer @airtelindia if they have service around.

    @airtelindia it's now exactly a week that I have complained about problem with wifi. Your engg said Router is faulty and shud b replaced and gave a timeline of 2 days. But no action taken after that. If you cant manage simple router related issues then u shud stop providing wifi
