At an average of 5 calls, minimum 3 calls drop or there Is a cross connection or the phone doesnt connect to the person. What a third grade service @airtelindia is providing by charging and that too in the capital of Maharashtra @Airtel #airtel #poorservice

@DoT_India I have done recharge of Rs 20 on my Airtel number but the service did not start. Then I recharged with Rs 49 unlimited pack still my incoming n outgoing are barred. @airtelindia is not calling me nor refunding money. Pls take action.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I ported my no from IDEA to Airtel on 6-Dec-20. I enjoyed good service for 4-5 weeks. On 22-May-21, I did a recharge for ONE YEAR and I immediately started facing problems in connectivity. Please refund amount. Very poor service.
