@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia May I request Airtel to offer plan on individual requirements where customer can opt for his/her data requirements. This unlimited data access is more of a nuisance rather than an value addition. I can see this deterioration happening in my home.

@vihan13singh @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Broadband will have no reliability. I have the following setup. I use Airtel & Jio both. Set router to connect to one and switch over when there is an issue. If all fails I have a Jio & Airtel Dongle.

@airtelindia : Took an Airtel black connection about 20 days back and the connection status is still pending. Pathetic service, seems like the buck doesn't stop anywhere and no one is repsonsible. Innumerable calls to the customer care can't find any solution. Tired and gave up.
