@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia : So this complaint is almost 3 months old. Got some follow up calls, the last one said 'your complaint is not closed, we will surely work on it'. This was around 2 months ago and still the network works as shit. 4G,volte. No change. No improvement.

Even the Customer Support folks are more concerned about the Happy Code without making a permanent fix to issues time and again. I switched from Airtel very recently. Finding Tata Fiber way better than Airtel.
