    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The inter-state port from Jio to Airtel has been done, jio sim stopped showing network since yesterday but the new Airtel sim is still not working No network for tele-verification How long am i supposed to wait? Didn't switch to airtel for this.

    @airtelindia You are really worst at customer service. My sim has stopped working since morning, it needs sim swap. It can only be done in Airtel store and all of your stores are closed today. You want me to wait 2 days for sim replacement??? You can't ensure service continuity??

    @airtelindia I just want my receipt for my black plan payment. New updated app don't have that option, Email support tells not valid mail. Call support says email is valid but they cannot help. Its just a basic need of mine to get invoice of what I've paid

    @airtelindia No internet connectivity for past three days. Complaint raised 10070453635. But no service engineer visit and he is not picking up phone. Pathetic customer service. When will internet resume. Tired of raising complaints. Time to switch to JIO

    @airtelindia I requested for plan change on 7th august 2022, and was told that the plan change will be done within 24 hours. Despite of calling again and again from the past 7 days, I am only given time but no resolution. This is the way airtel treat their customers.

    @airtelindia it's been more than 2 days since I have paid for a new broadband connection but am still waiting for the installation. Customer service is so arrogant that they are not even concerned about it it. Kindly look into it and expedite the request. If not, i need a refund.
