Pathetic Airtel signal at #MathuraRefineryTownship PIN 281006. 7kbps for 999 plan. Complaints have fallen on deaf ears. 5000 users distressed. Only @airtelindia @sunilbmittal can help.

@airtelindia I have'n requested by your customer care to change my plan of 999 to 1349 to use the benefits. During this time I have clearly told not to change my existing bill period. But it wasn't properly done. Very lethargic approach for solving issues.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been registering service requests to resolve my network issues since last 2 months. Complaints are closed without resolving issue. Airtel customer since last 5 years but of late Airtel’s service on the ground has deteriorated. Time to change?

@airtelindia 1st solve network problem for 3g and 4G.... Very bad network quality even call dropping happenings only with airtel... My bad, i have again moved into airtel... Will never repeat my mistake again.
