    The worst service of shifting from one city to another. Sales says its very easy with #Airfiber while purchasing and at the time of service. No support. Custmr care says sorry n engineer doesn't pickup. I have family postpaid, OTT DTH and Wifi plan Thanks @airtelindia

    Another problem. Another delay. After promising a callback within 4 hours, you stretch it to 4 days. Just typical @airtelindia behavior. No way to even reach a customer care agent. Even your X replies are after hours. Pathetic and useless management.

    @beluga_catesh @airtelindia @GyanTherapy I know what NR is, I’m saying that your screenshot does not have NR or SA 5G Airtel has a limited coverage of SA 5G compared to Jio Hence they deduct from 4G if the network is on 5G NSA

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Facing an internet outage since May 17 and I am honestly so drained by this. Technician promised an 11 AM visit yesterday and ghosted. Wasted hours fighting with customer care, supervisors, and area managers just to get silence. Ticket #11030415152
