Complaint raised will be resolved within 15 days so that means in monthly scheme i won't be able use for 15 days so who will be answerable. Every time "escalation" is being done is what a customer is told. This ESCALATION thing doesn't work. I am now cancelling my wifi, postpaid and another wifi connection.
