    they cannot do that. On asking to send me all the details on email for all the denials mentioned or text me the same, they denied to do that as well. According to Chirag I wasn’t being professional on call. Trust me @airtelindia I am more than happy to escalate this issue further

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I mean i already told her to port in prepaid still she ported mi prepaid jio to airtel postpaid. Don't you think that its a fraud. Now forcefully i have to use postpaid. i have to say that Airtel representatives are worst.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why have you launched #airtelblack jus to fool customer. Have request for DTH , Internet & landline on 16th and was told on 17 morning it will be installed. It’s 22nd no call till date. Pathetic service

    @airtelindia my brother’s mobile no is blocked automatically. He is unable to receive call and sms and this number is given every where for banking and online transaction. He is unable to reach Airtel through automated calls or otherwise. Worst service of Airtel. Sic!

    It is very disappointing for getting such a pathetic service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I made a transaction for recharge on 22 July, amt debited but my recharge was not successful, and still I have not received my refund, you guys are cheating with your coustomer.

    @airtelindia Dear sir, I am facing this from last 1month , always disappeared 4g n/w , and when I try to make call and suddenly network symbol has gone slowly not only 4g and also 2g and then call drop due to no n/w when call disconnected n/w is appearing suddenly Pls clarify

    @airtelindia My Airtel digital TV account got suspended in just 28 days,even though my validity is for 30 days, everytime when I recharge for 30 days I use to get only 28 days validity for several months. My customer ID is 3017740444 @TRAI please take necessary action about this
