@airtelindia Hi I have one suggestion to you to attack @reliancejio @JioCare in Broadband market.. Jio doest take Landline complaints on their broadband accounts, even on the landline they give free 😂😂 So you can think of a strategy to enter thru bad service.👍

@airtelindia i need to port my sim card from @vodafone to Airtel but your executive are saying that Vodafone sim will be converted to Airtel Postpaid sim only. I don't need post paid service while porting. This thing happened me at vasai road office.

It’s ridiculous being an Airtel user, I switched my account to postpaid to prepaid yesterday around 5pm. I was told with 24hrs it will proceed &Internet was also not working between 24hrs. Still now I can’t recharge&can’t call I can’t access internet @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia is far behind in tech. They bar all services if u exhaust ur limit and if the customer clears that right away they keep it barred until the customer finds it in next iteration that it’s blocked. What a shame! And customer care doesn’t know anything on it.
