Dear @airtelindia If we pay bill late then you charge us late fees n when we face problems of call drops and data buffering and we complained for d same and yet problem is not resolved so why don't give any sort of benefits or compensation🤔 @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

@Airtel_Presence We started facing issues with the @airtel broadband on 16th Jan. Night. Raised the issue on 17th jan. morning and even though the engineer was allocated, no one came for 4 days straight and on request of disconnection, @airtelindia is not ready to return our money(around Rs.2500)
